Crowne Plaza New Orleans Airport

I would xome back. I would only prefer a window view. But i did get deep sleep though which is a big plus

Overall it was a good hotel. Cheap parking (comparing with other hotels nearby). Service was good, it is close to the airport but not walking distance( there’s a shuttle for this). Room was OK, missing certain minor thing like a waste basket in the bathoom - but it was comfortable, and clean

We try to stay here whenever we're flying early because of the consistency of their property. Always a pleasant stay, even for just 1 night. Shuttle is timely. Rooms are very satisfactory. Staff is always smiling and helpful. I would recommend for anyone in the Kenner area; families, couples or just one person. Safe, convenient and close to the airport.

Feels old and cheap. Though attempts seem to have been made to modernize and seem nicer, the overall feel is still sad and worn out. Carpet is lumpy and stained. Bed was probably comfortable a few years ago - now the springs can be felt. Not worth it.

Had a family wedding in New Orleans. To save money we opted to stay here, further out. It was a nice hotel, no complaints at all. They charge $10/day for parking in their lot right there in front of their hotel. There's a McDonald's across the street for quick breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay as it did provide exactly what I needed after a long day participating in what I was in town to do. The housekeeping staff was particularly skilled as my room was cleaned thoroughly every day without any problems at all. Beautifully done. I was surprised there was no mini-bar, an amenity I would have enjoyed for a late night snack. Not at all sure why this was not provided. As far as that goes, there was no room service per sé which was disappointing. There was a short menu left in the room, more like a lunch sort of thing than an actual room service menu. I enjoy dining in my room and had simply assumed a Crown Plaza would have that as a matter of course. I was able to order breakfast with no menu which showed up minus a couple of items I had ordered. Although I was not charged for these things, it was disappointing they were not present. I feel there was a language barrier since the person in the restaurant who took my call was difficult to understand and I'm sure I was for her as well. Simply having the restaurant take a call and delivering by waiter to a room is not good room service as it turned out. They really need to reconsider not having a separate RS dept. The meal was very good however. With the exception of a somewhat surly desk clerk one evening and a Food & Bev. dept that needs some work, the Hotel was very nice and I would stay there again.

Hotel was reasonably prices and comfortable until had to kill a Huge roach climbing wall in middle of night! Discussing!

I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 or 12 times and always find the staff very friendly and the facility is very nice. The prices of downtown New Orleans hotels get jacked up when events such as Saints home games, jazz fest, voodoo festival, etc. are in town. On those occasions, I often stay at the Crowne Plaza for 1/2 to 1/3 of the amount charged in downtown New Orleans. I don't mind the 15 minute drive downtown .

I had a great stay and I'm looking forward coming and staying at this particular spot again

Went to see a Saints game. Perfect location from the airport and easy to get to the stadium as well as downtown New Orleans.

Place was not very clean. not very clean. Your request for more info is redundant.

Hotel was nice, staff very friendly, Rena was very nice to me and my daughter, the only thing I didn't enjoy, the restaurant was very limited with food choices and when checking in an extra $50 was taken off my charge card for incidentals and I wasn't told this was being done, but overall great hotel stay,

This hotel is very dated, I changed rooms because they had put me buy a generator that I could hear, and the sink was stopped up. The other room, the water in the tub wouldn't drain. The maid staff starts knocking on your door around 9:00a.m Very surprised about all the good ratings. Maybe they got better rooms

It was after Thanksgiving weekend and I was on my was home. From check-in everything couldn't have been better! The staff, room, etc. were impeccable! But especially the staff! They went above and beyond to help when needed. It sure made my short stay much easier. I would recommend this hotel to travelers with early flights leaving New Orleans. Convenient, clean to a T, and a caring staff! Thanks y'all! And Merry Christmas!

My wife and I felt the room was just ok. It was an small inside room with no outside view. I certainly would have asked for a room change if we were to stay for several days. The other hotel accommodations, staff and food was very good.

This hotel is very close to airport, with airport shuttle service. No service to Bourbon Sttreet or riiverfront areas wich are over 10 miles away. The hotel is dated and worrn. Not up to expectations of a Crowne Plaza hotel On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful

Yes, met expectations- I will stay there again, however, room was hard to get to - far say from front desk and location of hotel difficult to get there from i10 - room was clean and orderly - ice machine was far from room - no refrig in room

Hotel was very nice, clean and had easy airport access. Needed a quick overnight stay before leaving town the next morning so did not get to enjoy all the hotel had to offer.

This hotel is located in great proximity to the New Orleans airport and is easy driving distance to the garden district where we were attending an event. The lobby area was unimpressive and the front desk staff was pleasant but not overly helpful. The room was just what we wanted/needed. Not quite what we expected for a Crowne Plaza hotel, but it worked.

Hotel was very clean, had very good food at the restaurant which allowed us to stay in and relax for the morning. Great service and I will definitely stay again in the future.
