The staff and room cleanliness is excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had a room near the entrance and right by the pool so it was noisy. I asked if I would be able to get a room further away from the entrance and the noise. They were very accommodating and switched me to a quieter part.

Good and clean budget hotel! nice location close to highway

I was only there for three days with my family and it was a good hotel, the neighborhood is far from the french quarter so it is quiet just to get the right amount of rest.

We purchased three rooms, but a bloody towel was found in one room from previous tenants, but once we made it known they took care of it expedient, and told we would get a free one night voucher, but haven't received it yet

Pros: Comfortable beds with four pillows each, a touch of Lousiana style in the room/bathroom, nice patio arrangement with pool and firepit area, laundry facilities inside the hotel. Cons: Not thorough preparation of the room upon our stay (tissues almost gone, not enough shampoo...), lack of hangers for towels in bathroom, loud toilet flusher, air coming through the door even when locked, cheap-unhealthy breakfast (peanut butter with fully hidrogenated vegetable oil, jelly with high fructose corn syrup, industrial pastries, no gluten free or dairy free options...).

quick service, very nice staff good breakfast nice pool

great hotel and walking distance to the mall and shopping centers

It was a great stay for us visiting New Orleans for the first time. It was quiet, clean, ample free parking, and wonderful hit breakfast every morning.

The rate was good, the room was comfortable, the AC cranks, the open courtyard in the rear building has a smallish, but nice pool and fountain and lots of tables for socializing over cards (common to see while I was there). Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast one day and egg frittatas (really good when I got one fresh from the kitchen) and sausage. Better than average comp'd breakfast IMO. The place needs a refresh for sure. It feels old. My room was awkwardly laid out, but I wasn't in NOLA to spend a lot of time watching TV in my room. The bathroom, strangely, was really much nicer than the room itself, and almost as large. The place is kind of a maze and they lack the typical directional signage I rely on in hotels. Took me a day to figure how to get around from the back building to the front. I also had a hard time finding the place from the street. They could have a small sign at drivers view level to help find the entrance from the street. If there was one, I never saw it. They have a very friendly and helpful desk staff who recommended Lager's to me for dinner one rainy night. I recommend it as well. The shuttle driver is more of a tour guide/story teller and was very friendly and helpful as well. I wish I could remember her name. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want to spend you money on the town, not your room.

Very small and cramped room and the door would not open properly. This is more of a motel layout than a hotel and guests should be aware of that.

Only reason I rated it low was that the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and noise. I suggest those get fixed!! Hard to sleep when it sounds like a jet taking off on your room!!

We had an issue with high schoolers staying in the property running around and stumping in the middle of the night but the hotel staff quickly fix it! That was nice. The pool is cleaned daily and the staff are quick to assist with any and everything you need.

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLOSE TO SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS, SIGHT SEEING IN NEW ORLEANS.

The staff members at the hotel are extremely accommodating and friendly. They will go out of their way to satisfy guests. Additionally, the grounds are well-kept and the facility is close to many attractions.

This hotel was very family friendly. Our suite was extremely comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was the highlight. It was not your run of the mill danish and juice it was a full hot breakfast and one less meal we had to purchase.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are very clean. We came to visit are grandkids and they came played in the pool. The pool stayed open till 12 that night that was nice.

The room was great for the price. It has a nice and big bathroom. The pool was really nice as well. When I go back to New Orleans I will be staying here again.

Hotel staff was nice, breakfast was very good. The hotel was undergoing some renovations but still just couldnt grasp the whole layout of the place. Confusing when we arrived finding the lobby. The room was very clean, didnt care for the large gap under the door. Could hear and see everything going on outside. Not major but just different. Overall i would use ramada again because the price was good and the stay was nice.

Because we booked online, we were in the back "courtyard" building. The rooms were fine, and had been recently remodeled. However, it was extremely noisy! The elevator was right outside our door and ran constantly. The "courtyard" also encouraged people to congregate and talk, much more than they normally would in a hotel hallway. Also, the door did not seal well, because we could smell cigarette smoke in our room from people smoking in the courtyard. Overall, the hotel itself was nice, but I would recommend staying in the main building. The breakfast was nice as well.
