Beautiful hotel

This is a unique and beautiful hotel. Each room is simply done in a very pleasing way. The staff was exceptional. The only thing that was a problem for me, and it’s not insignificant, is that the water pressure in the shower was weak and the water never rose above lukewarm. That tainted an otherwise lovely stay.

Charming and well located but dated without modern amenities most travelers want. Very historic and well located.

The rooms were a bit spartan, with no comfortable seating. The shower needs to use a curved shower rod, so the curtain doesn't envelop the guest's body while taking a shower.

Great property in a great location! The room was on the smaller end but the bed was very comfortable! The hotel has a lot of character and just overall a nice property. They have two bars where you can take the drinks out front and sit in one of their comfortable seats and watch the world go by. The restaurant at the hotel is pricey but WELL worth it. Some of the best cooking I have had in a long time! The staff was outstanding, polite and they have Valet service which makes it easy. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. If there is two of you, try to see if they have a larger room available. The queen standards room is perfect for one person.

Loved our stay here!! Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family!!

The hotel design was tasteful and minimalist. However there was a $25 resort fee and absolutely no resort amenities. Aside from the nice design thus could have been a Motel 6

The lobby is lovely, and having easy access to the Secreto Bar and Gruet wines was great. The room was small with no chairs or desk available - no seating except on the bed. Carpet dirty, no valet parking, parking lot full when we arrived, so had to park across street at hourly parking lot (although hotel charges $25 per day for parking). No hot water in room sink, shower fixture broken so no temp control (until finally we were not able to turn water off at all) - then magically fixed. No service to room unless we specifically asked. Homeless encampment right outside entrance. Not what we expected for $300 per night. Very disappointing.

Beautiful property in the heart of the Santa Fe Plaza. We were pleasantly upgraded to getting 2 queen rooms when our reserved double room was sold out. The concierge was texting me before, during, and after the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Well kept property. They don’t have information on the origin or history of the hotel.

Day staff needs to be trained by night staff. Very uninformative and unhelpful.

We left several clothing items in the closet. When we realized a few hours later, we called multiple times, left messages and noone ever responded to you requests to get our property back. We assume because they did not call that the clothing was stolen.

Great location for a quick stop through. Great night sleep and close to one of our favorite breakfast stops. Will stay again.

beautiful and charming but I chose it above others for 3 reasons and none came to pass: did not have secure- or enough - parking, the sheets weren't frette and cafe pasquale was closed

Good staff-very polite and responsive to requests. Old property, small rooms that need refurbishing. Comfortable bed.

I would have liked to know they would deliver coffee to your room or provide at the desk if you asked. We did not get any while there, there was none in the room.

We liked or say....................."................
