There was a live bees nest in my room. i called the front desk and they did not remove it., the deadbolt was broken, smoke detector was hanging from the wall, hole in the wall, window did not open, no frig, no micro, no safe, no pen and paper, no clock radio, no chair at the desk, no soap holder, no bath vent.......
We stayed here a month ago and had no problems but this time was a horrible experience! It started off with them not having the room I booked, they said they didn’t have the kind of room I booked and I said why would it be advertised then and let me check out and I was just told they didn’t know it must of been a mistake. I need two bed and a pull out couch I was told my room would have one. We got up there and there was a couch jammed next to the bed and when we lifted up the cushions it was full of candy and dead bugs and stains and it wasn’t even a pull out couch! We got half used toiletries, one towel for 3 of us! The breakfast they serve in the morning is horrible every thing is hard and rubbery. Every one there barely speaks English so when you ask for an explanation or help you get nothing. They have a lounge from 5-10pm but the person serving drinks is also running the front desk so you have to wait for ever to get served! Not once did we see any maids going around cleaning except one lady sweeping the carpets! Yes sweeping not evening vacuuming! It’s definitely out dated and short staffed. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

The room was decent and clean . The lounge was not ever open which was frustrating. The other guests were smoking in the stairways and smell was strong and gross. The pool was ice cold - no heat.
It was a bad experience at a level that is beyond describing. The breakfast was good, staff not so much.
The facilities were nice and clean. I would have preferred more than 2 washcloths for 2 people for 2 nights if housekeeping isn’t coming every day. Also, Sunday’s breakfast was not restocked well and there was still over an hour left.
Treadmill is not working. Lack of resources is available to support customer needs.Complete overhaul of the hotel is needed.
The room smelled. The continental breakfast was disgusting. Property was unkempt.
Hallways smelled like curry. Sheets very comfortable.
Hotel is old. No elevators. Room was clean and decent bed for one night.
The shower is wheelchair accessible, I'm not in a wheelchair, I should have been told that it was like that. Taking a shower is a total mess, After a shower I had to step in water of entire bathroom floor all of my stay. Not enough towels matts to help with all water on floor, No remote for TV was in room, I will never stay in a Clarion again.
