This is a small cozy cabin A Queen and a single sofa sleeper This cabin overlooks a Valley On a 30 acre property in a Rule area Very close to Wayne's national forest Just 35 minutes from hawking hills and many ATV trails Or a nice place to get away from the everyday grind Or to hang out with your family and friends.

Much smaller than expected, sofa bed cannot be unfolded in space provided, no bed linens anvailable until second night , significant wasp nests in ceiling, infiltration.
