Quiet place.

Everything was great the young lady at the front desk was really nice every time we needed anything she did her best to help.

Nice room. Good price. Nice people. That is all I have to say but orbitz demands at least fifty characters for a review so here they are.

The staff was not at all helpful. It took 30 minutes for them to process my reservation. My chair in the room was broken and so was the jacuzzi. I asked the front office about this because that was the only reason I went with their hotel because my husband and I wanted to relax in a jacuzzi, she said ohhh I don't know I have no idea.. like I said not a good experience at all. AND TO TOP IT OFF they had a hotel party literally with an amp in the room on the side of us. From 7-11 finally we called to complain. So disappointed!!! Honestly

I intended to check out after a breakfast meeting at a nearby restaurant. Time got away from me and the hotel called to ask if was staying or checking out. I asked if they could remove my bag and personal items from the room, store them, and check me out. They did so and I returned later that afternoon to retrieve them. They printed my receipt and I was on my way. They were nice and accommodating. The rate was good so I'll stay there again when I return.

Everything about the stay was good, from the time we checked in until the time we left. House keeping crew was amazing and the breakfast each morning was the favorite of my kids with all the options. If I had to be negative about anything it would be the indoor pool area and the amount of chlorine used. It was so strong it burned my eyes while I watched my kids play. But overall the stay was good. We will be back!

Room was not ready for guest - beer cans in garbage, used towel in bathroom, popcorn on carpet, one bed looked slept on, magazines and TV remote scattered. New room provided immediately. Also - having to create a unique nickname to fill out this review is very irritating.

on arrival friend walked in first & desk receptionist did not acknowledge her at all. When I came in I was greeted properly while my friend completely was still ignored. Was told it was change of shift & we had to wait to get room till shift change was over. Their attitude had changed the next day & they were overly polite to my friend. First impressions do make a difference.Our room smelled real bad & had to request another room, which they were able to get us. Worst breakfast had in over a week of different hotels stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was not. The comforter was stain and the carpet was poor.

Somewhat reserved front desk staff, but room was excellent, very clean. Great location in New Iberia. I would stay here again.

We were looking for an indoor pool for the grandchildren. Struck out with this one. The pool looked dirty. The room smelled and the carpet was not clean. We stayed one night then moved to another hotel for the second night.

CONVEIENT AND GREAT PRICE FOR UPSCALE ACCOMODATIONS.

great stay

on arrival friend walked in first & desk receptionist did not acknowledge her at all. When I came in I was greeted properly while my friend completely was still ignored.
