Appreciated the spaciousness and attractive design of the room, and especially the thoughtful, comfortable lighting. Comfortably-sized and outfitted kitchenette too, even though we did not make use of it.
The only problem is finding the hotel.. BUT, everything went smoothly. Breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable.
Room was clean, newer finishes, kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Free breakfast had great options, including sausage, hash browns. Would have rated our stay 6 stars if it was an option.
Very disappointing! Asked for housekeeping services and was told I had to request in advance. Won’t be back!
Internet did not work. Broken bath faucet (completely broken). Breakfast terrible.
This was in a good location but the trains started at 4:30 AM. I am used to the earlier time but the train whistle will wake people up
It’s located in a quiet, secluded, area. I’ve stayed there at least ten times over the last ten years and it’s always in tip top shape. Friendly staff and great housekeeping team. Complimentary meals are a real bargain and served in an ample, pleasant, environment. Five stars!
Pool sign said it was open until 10pm. However it was closed promptly at 9pm. Disappointed kids and parents...Other than that, a fine stay.

Quiet and secluded from hustle and bustle of everyday life. A great place to find rest. Good complimentary breakfast. The food is fresh and the coffee is hot.
The first two times i was there, during this winter, i had to call someone about warming up the room. No comaints this time!
Needs work. Shower curtain directed water to the floor. Refrig was as noisey as an old dishwasher. Elevators under capacity.
It seems to me that whenever a hotel property is at 95-100% occupancy, there should be a second person at the front desk until 1am. The woman at the front desk at this property was doing excellent work in trying to hold it all together, but the sheer volume she needed to respond to was overwhelming. Not bad execution, but bad personnel placement and planning.
Great place to stay friendly service I would recommend stay here to everyone I have stayed in top dollar resorts that don’t compare to this place 5⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️

Needed a place to stay, while we looked for a senior home for my Dad. Very nice room. The included breakfast was outstanding.
