Very expensive for bare bones accommodations. No rugs & bare floor was sticky. The bed frame made a loud noise with any movement on the bed. Only 3 flat pillows. Staff was unenthusiastic. Our window looked out on a dumpster. We didn't know until we checked in that the restaurant is not currently open.

Hotel is under renovations. Not clearly noted when booking. I got a double instead of a queen bed. Mattress was quite worn and uncomfortable. Sheets were clean but spotted and old. Furniture was old. I’d wait until the renovation is done.

They are renovating i had one of the"newer rooms beds were old there was alot of dust on the floors There was no soap or shampoo etc..in the Bathroom. The Complimentary breakfast was bad there was only a ton of sausages this and a few yogurts... When I Checked in I asked the young lady if I could pay with another card when I checked out she said yes the next morning I was told not only was I charged already but I was charged twice They were OK for the night but they have to do better.
Building is falling apart everywhere. Carpets in desperate need of restreching. Bathroom door was filthy. Bathroom curtain rod was hanging on by a thread. Had a high school type toilet. Water side has very loud highway traffic. All around general sceeviness.

I selected site for convenience and Internet appearance, but found: 1. room rug dirty; 2. hall rugs dirty and ill fitted and, puffed up in several places - bad appearance; 3. bathroom appliance taped with black tape; 4. room light fixture broken exposed wires; 5. desk chair back broken, and fell back when I sat; 6. discovered an insect in the bed, requiring total reinspection and calling support staff; 7 Twice, the room door card would not open the door; 8. Door so ill-fitting that it sometimes moved and made noise as people walked by; 9. The curtains were so torn and shredded that they looked like rags.
Carpet in hall was al wrinkley. Trip hazard. The room was not that clean or up to date. had to ask for sheets pillows and matress pad for pull out. They knew that we had 4 people staying in a room with a queen and a pull out.
