Pictures can be worth a 1000 words. They can tell the truth or tell lies. In this case LIES!! I know you can't expect much from a Days Inn but at the very least provide what is advertised on your pictures. The smell is absolutely terrible. The cleanliness is non existent. I am fairly certain they spray febreeze on the sheets and call it good. But the smell is indescribably. Terrible room... Terrible customer service... terrible experience. Note to the managers of this hotel. The little things go a long long way in the customer service industry. ex. Maybe you shouldn't park next to the lobby with your Toyota Highlander and take up 3 spots of customer parking

NICE TO HAVE A MICROWAVE AND FRIDGE IN THE HOTEL. WAS CLEAN AND GOOD STAY. AWESOME DINER WAKING DISTANCE

es la tercera vez que lo visito mejoro la limpieza de la habitacion en general

Beds were OK. Light bulb missing in table lamp. Bathroom needs attention. Toilet paper hold was broken. The hole place just felt dated.

una buena opcion para el precio le falta un poco de limpieza a la abitacion, se persive un olor a moho

we had to wait 1 hour; they would not accept my receipt i pd orbiz; the door was difficult to unlock; i think it was broken; my husband did not like going across the parking lot for breakfast; the tv reception was awful

needed to wait 1 hour because the hotel did not accept orbis receipt;tv reception was poor; the door of our was not properly working;my husband did not like walking across the parking lot for breakfast

Very adequate motel in a convenient location. Clean room but didn't encounter any of staff so can't evaluate them. Pool was in good shape and very clean Would certainly recommend.

This experience at this hotel was the worst. It was dirty, smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom was gross. It was so uncomfortable and dirty that i checked out after one night and stayed at the the laquinta in new haven, Ct for $96.00 a night. It was worth spending money on a different hotel because this hotel ( Days Inn Branford) was so nasty. It had a reputation of being the "ghetto rooms" I ended up spending over $300.00 just to stay in a cleaner room just so i didnt have to sleep in that room again (after i had already payed for the Days Inn in Branford for 6 nights. Worst hotel experience Ive ever had.

Most of my time was spent at work. The rooms are right on top I-95 so traffic is loud in the morning if you need to sleep in. The room is spacious with decent amenities, but the wireless internet is slow. Some issues with my room: a strange smell was present all the time and the toilet kept running.

The room was affordable and ok. Nothing special about this place and the continental breakfast was minimal. If you need a cheap place to stay then this is it, but make sure you you confirm your price when checking in as there was a discrepancy with ours. Don't pay full price because it definitely isn't worth it.

The room was spacious and clean. Having the space and good desk was helpful. Also, the room included a refrigerator and microwave. Some of the rooms items were run down; carpeting, outlets and bathroom. Also, heating unit was loud for sleeping.

Felt exposed in room.

I felt the hotel was dirty, the room was very hot, the refrigerator didnt work, nor did the hairdryer. The hallways smelled like mold and mildrew. I will not stay there in the future.

Room had an odor. The towels were rough and small. The breakfast was a joke..
