This home was made for entertainment between the open floor plan, THREE bar areas (patio, living room and lower level), large built-in patio grill, extended dock and ability to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably between the 3 generous bedrooms and pull out couch. At less than 90 minutes from NYC and 7 minutes to the center of New Fairfield, this little slice of lake in the Knollwood community is quiet, private, and about all you can ask for in a lakefront experience. Come by car or boat and enjoy!
