The room had no windows, the sink had a busted pipe and I had to call everyday to have them make the water hot in the shower. The staff was not really helpful, did the bare minimum. When it was time for me to leave, I asked if I could get a 1 hour extension since my flight was delayed, they said I would have to pay a 1/2 day rate. I couldn't believe that after all I put up with at this hotel this was their response. It shows you that the employees don't have much customer service training, they work by the book, like robots... I wouldn't stay here again.
