This place was not cheap and it was the worse place to stay during our 7 day, no itinerary just for fun vacation. I got all my hotels under orbitz. This particular weekend was college move in weekend so nothing was left! We would have been better off staying in our car. Air was not working correctly, adjourning room door broken and unlockable. Bathtub slimy really, waited to shower at next hotel. Just really gross, skip it if at all possible. Bring a sheet to sleep on if you stay here.

At the end of the day I do not know if to blame the hotel or orbitz for over booking and making me leave late for my trip I spend over 3 hrs on the line waiting on a resolution. Not to mention the transferring back and forth. I was left with out a place to sleep and by the time I was able to speak to anyone I was already 4 hours late to a family event since I did not have a place to shower. a six hour trip to fing out my hotel had been cancelled and a 3hr wait to speak to a representative. Never using orbitz again.!!! Over priced

The room had black mold on the wall ,no phone, the curtains were falling down, you could feel the springs in the mattress, and the lobby smelled horrible!

The room was room was great, as well as the staff. The only disappointment was the pool and hot were not open

When we mentioned we had paid in advance for two nights to the desk clerk, instead of trying to find us another room for the second night she just told us to contact the online booking service. She must have known no one in their right mind would willingly stay another night. We might not have but we had to bury my mother's ashes the next day, it was ate and we were hungry and tired. We were greeted by a long walk to the rooms with our suitcases because the close staircase was closed with a makeshift tarp blocking it. All the hallways were littered with cigarette butts and there were obviously many long term itinerant guests living out of the shabby rooms and their cars. The hallway at the topof the stairs was uncleanable with carpet cement and fiber on top of concrete, uneven to walk on. Once in the rooms, one had not had the ac turned on and was miserably hot. there were not even any paper cups provided for a guest to get a drink of water to brush their teeth. A broken hairdryer in one, dirty carpets in both, one featured multiple carcasses of dead tree roaches. After the room finally cooled off enough to quiet the roar of the ac unit, so loud we had to use the captions on the TV that had the volume tampered with to keep it very low, we got to hear a little of a tv movie before an uneasy rest and early departure. The coffee was instant, and the pots left empty at 8:00 a.m. Two dryish bagels and about a loaf of cheap white bread and a couple of generic cereals.

The room was beyond dirty. Stains all over the carpet & on the bed.

Be warned- we booked through Orbitz and paid before. When we got there, they didn't have our rooms reserved yet charged us 97 more dollars. I told them I needed a refund. Once I got it I asked why they charged me 97? They said they had no record of the room being prepaid through Orbitz! Awful experience! Do not stay here!

Pool was closed and the kids were disappointed, mattresses were extra firm. The room was clean but nothing was updated. Good wifi, fridge worked, AC was extra cold (a little foo cold!). Lots of restaurants nearby, shares a parking lot with Sonic and In and Out Burger. An okay hotel if you're just there to sleep.

This hotel was not worth what I paid for it but it was made very last minute and during a busy time for the area. Most of the amenities stated were not in place at the time of my visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating so my level of comfort had nothing to do with the people who work there.

The Summit was disappointing. Few amenities, not real clean, one of the outlets did not work. It's 2 story and no elevator. We are seniors and had to walk up the stairs. It's a good thing we could or we couldn't have stayed there.

There were not enough towels. Bathroom was not kept very clean. Appeared to be people living in hotel.

Mildew stains on walls, trash in walkways, folks hanging out in their underwear in front of their rooms....unutterably low-rent. Also the only open room in a 40 mile radius. Wonder why?

Just OK - Nothing exciting about this hotel. For the money I paid, I could have stayed in La Quinta.

The only complaint I could have about my otherwise positive experience is that our room was supposed to be non smoking and it was most definitely a smoking room or had been very recently. Also I made the reservations and advised we would have a child and we were placed upstairs and then had a complaint at 10:30 in the morning she was being too loud? Other than that it was ok. You get what you pay for I guess

Our room was out dated. The bed spread was torn. There were no was clothes. I had to go get an iron from the front desk. No coffee pot but had a microwave and fridge. You have it wrong here. I've stayed in better Motel 6's

No trash can for room. Only broken pieces of soap in bath room. We got a basket for trash. It was taken at room service.

I really enjoyed my stay,it was very quiet, the room were very clean. I' recommend the summit it's very comfortable and clean and cozy

We killed 6 bugs within the first hour. At night there was a group of drunken guests outside our room and when I tried to call the front desk it rang and then cut off. It was a very distubing experience. The next morning while drying my hair with my own dryer because theirs didn't work well a roach ran across my foot. Breakfast was a disapointment as well. The pastry case had a bug inside it too and the dry cereal had no milk to go over it and no juice left by 9:00. I wish we had stayed at the Motel 6 next door - it even looked better.
