Breakfast is terrible, no staff in the office in the morning. Small insects in Bethroom.

Rooms are spacious but could use a little more attention. Walls have very unprofessional patchwork done, carpet is pretty dirty, even though it's vaccumed it's got dirt embedded in d fiber so bad your feet turn black as soon as u walk on it barefoot. The breakfast is very very limited, coffee, cereal and pastries.(just a limited amount of pastries also). The attendant was friendly and curtious but the hotel still needs attention.

Staff willing to help with anything. The air wasn't working well in our room and they switched rooms immediately. It is older and could use a little updating. New carpets, and curtains. Bed was comfortable.

The curtains did not block the Hotel lighting from outside the door to our room very well, The hot water to the shower was not efficient with another guess room also showering at the same time.I also notice when I loading my luggage to our vehicle that the other rooms being re-clean, that bed spreads look to me that they were not being taken out to be re wash. I could be wrong that what it look liked.to me that they were being used again. That's not very good. The dining area was very clean for breakfast and supply. But for the price I pay I would spend more next time to get a better clean environment. Overall its convent to where I needed to get and fast foods nearby.

We just needed a cheap place to stay during grandson's SOTX basketball tournament. Older motel but no-smoking room was very clean and had both refrigerator and microwave. Free coffee and kolaches were provided. Only negative was loud late arrivals.

comfortable,, quiet, clean good place to stay foe a business trip

Over all it was nice and comfortable. Of course it wasnt a % star hotel but it was decent.

I really had a good experience at rodeway inn the staff was really nice. Price was reasonable, i used to stay at summit inn just across from it but after i found bedbugs we decided not to go back again!

Visit was for Tx State graduation & it was close to campus, but very difficult to get to. Traffic light in front of motel, but could only turn in past motel. Staff was not helpful, ran out of wash cloths. We had 3 rooms. 1 room we were told A/C took a while to cool. Turned it on & left room. They came in & turned it off while we were gone!

Son plays baseball at Texas state so we are in every home stand. Decent value for room

The rooms were filthy and very dated. My guests slept on top of towels laid on top of the bed and couldn't sleep very well.

Worse experience ever first I reserved a non-smoking rooms and that's what I paid for but I get to the hotel and they don't have it only smoking rooms, the beds were so dirty , the carpets were horrible the lobby smelled so bad

Me and my boyfriend were traveling to visit friends on the coast and decided to stop in San Marcos the night before to make the trip shorter. We found this hotel online and the price seemed great. From the pictures this hotel did not look that bad but when we got there it was awful. Dead crickets in our room when we arrived and a cement slab would have been more comfortable than the bed. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else because it was not even worth just the $50 we paid for one night!

Rude management ...poor service and screwed up reservation .....stay away

easy check in upon arrival, clean room, easy access and good value

everything was clean and fine, comfy beds. just fine.

The puropse of the stay was to visit my daughter going to college. The hotel was very close to everything. It was clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. The Pool was nice as it was a larger size than most hotels but only went to a depth of 5 feet. IT was enjoyable stay for our 8 days.

In and out easily at an affordable price. No crazy ppl or undiserables hanging around. Quiet.

This hotel needs to be updated badly. The rooms are old and musty. It's in a good location and seemed to be a hit with the college-age spring break crowd.

THE HOTEL WAS NOT AT ALL AS DESCRIBED,LOOKED VERY RUNDOWN, NO SECURITY, VERY LOUD,
