After a splash-filled day at Schlitterbahn or our two rivers (Guadalupe & Comal), or a day of Shopping and exploring in close-by historic Gruene, Texas, this home is assured to offer you a private sanctuary!

Enjoy three 55-inch Smart TVs that are already set to “Guest Mode”, so you can confidently stream all of your favorite apps, and be automatically logged out upon your checkout! The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, so you can feel right at home! Need to do laundry? The home has a Washer & Dryer in our attached Laundry room we call “Mamie’s Porch,” just beyond the screen door! If you are getting ready to go out for the evening, we have Dolly’s Dressing Room, which is equipped with a full vanity, a lit makeup mirror, and even a chandelier for the “full pamper” effect!

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
