Rooms needs upgrade now, bath door not closing , shower head broken, faucet dpipping all night and tub nasty
hotel got our original reservation wrong and when we mentioned it they made no attempt to fix it. very LAST staff. very clean but the ugliness in attitude is what will never bring methere again!

A typical Hampton experience is a good thing. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was better than most other hotels of this class. It's 1 reason we like Hampton Hotels. A couple of very minor issues. Our shower curtain rod was bent, and the shower curtain kept coming open getting the bathroom floor wet. And our room was near the end of the hall, and the outside door made a lot of noise when it was closed. This woke me up a couple of times during the night. And $2 plus tax for a 12 ounce coke?!?!?!?. This is New Albany Mississippi, not New York. But tas I mentioned, these are very minor, and wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.

excellent room and great staff. room was clean and super comfortable. everything was top notch and in working order. only issue was the traffic noise if your room is on the odd numbered side. that's the side right next to the interstate entrance ramp. this was our second stay in three months and we will be staying again next week - same motel, opposite side of hall.
We stayed here because it's just a short distance to the Baptist hospital where we were in town for our Granddaughter's birth. The hotel is a unique design with lots of features & amenities that you cannot find at other hotels. The staff are so friendly and helpful. In fact our son & daughter-in-law stayed here the night before the delivery with an "expectant parent's" rate. That was a pleasant surprise! My only suggestion would be to ask for a room away from the busy road behind the hotel.
