The hotel was very easy to get in and out of, and conveniently located. Nice, clean, safe hotel. Breakfast and pool were great.
This property is not near town at all, we had a very rude hotel clerk, we were supposed to have 2 Queen beds and a pull out bed. What we got was a king size bed and a pull out! We had 7 people do the math! Did not get an apology just We over sold our rooms! Gave me our key and said she fixed everything, No she just told a lie!

My 2 16 year old sons loved the basketball court and said breakfast was good. If they are happy so am I. The suite was big and the beds comfy.
for the money paid, this hotel exceeded our expectation. Clean, family friendly, spacious, great location for skiing The only thing not that great is the wall is a little thin and you might hear some noise from the room next to you.

Wasn't expecting much from this hotel, as we made late reservatioms for Street Vibrations. We have stayed at The Nuggett usually but this year money was a little less abundant so we decided to save a little. Great choice. This place was just like being at home. Full kitchen with dishes, stove, full sized refer, silverware and on and on and on..... I was very pleased with all amenities and the staff was great. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay over night or a week. GREAT PLACE
I needed to book a room close to a wedding venue in Reno but I'm not familiar with the area so I didn't really know what to expect. This hotel was very close to the venue as promised, had ample parking (on a holiday weekend it doesn't get any better than that), friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast, and most importantly a very clean room. I've been known to sleep in the car when I don't feel a hotel room is clean and I have to say that this room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. It was updated and very comfortable. My husband and I along with our 8 month old baby, my brother in law and his wife and their 4 month old baby were all very happy with this room. It had enough space for the babies to crawl around on the floor while we all visited in the living room area. We requested more pillows and someone was immediately at the door and politely answered all of my questions. If we are ever in the area again I would absolutely stay here.

this hotel was like being at home they had a small complimentary breakfast that was very tasty and it was very quiet. the staff was friendly and helpful we will be looking for this hotel in vegas when we go next year as well as reno next sept
