A charming two bedrooms 84m2 townhouse in the well maintained Jardines de Nerja urbanization, next to Capistrano Village. The townhouse has got two large terraces, direction to south and with spectacular views of the sea and Nerja. Fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ on the roof terrace, TV with international channels. The Urbanization has got a very nice pool area and beautiful garden.
The direction of the town house is straight south overseeing the sea coast from both ground terrace living room, master bed room and roof top terrace Just 2.2km from the city center of Nerja. 1.6 km from Burriana beach and 2.1 km from Carabeillo beach
The urbanization has a large outer garden area and a gated inner garden area. In the inner area there is a 25 m long swimming pool available for the 34 houses in the community.
Swimming pool is open from March through Nowember and 8am to 8 pm . The community has its own parking area available for the rental family. Just 50 m to the entrance of the house. Easy access to the house through the ground floor terrace.
Very cozy living room, equipped with new furniture and with a 55inch new SAMSUNG Smart TV with international channels.
Many international TV channels are available on the TV
