First I noticed was the type of people that live there. This place was not a hotel it was an apartment complex full of careless tenants, running across the room. the ceiling was about fall on top of me, The room smelled sooo bad I had to cover my face all night, the bathroom was so nasty. over all... Do not Spend a penny to stay there. It felt like we were actually on the freeway.

Stayed there one night on a road trip to CA. We booked a non-smoking room and they put us in a smoking one -- there was no sign on the door and it had the smell. After going back and forth and some pressure they finally gave us a proper non-smoking room. It was a little disappointing especially after a long drive. Typical cereal-donut breakfast like pretty much everywhere in cheap motels. Overall, OK for the price, just be firm about non-smoking room.

Clean, no complaints. wish there had been a coffee pot in the room but coffee was available in the hospitality room. No problems with the manager about my big dogs, extra charge for them was reasonable.

Seems like a lot of people living there. Traffic thru out the night.

This is an older motel but the room was very comfortable and clean. Our room had a microwave and fridge which was great for people travelling on a budget. The staff were very friendly and offered us good advice.

Low price should have indicated lack of cleanliness and service. Breakfast room was not air conditioned and sheets had not been changed. Yuck!

Needed a cheap hotel for Laughlin River Run. Cheapest I could find but room was bordering on gross. Im a don't mind roughing it kind of guy, but do prefer a clean room. Something on toilet seat, Soap dispensers empty, shower head made it all the way up to my chest (I'm only 6') bed hard as a rock and air conditioner couldn't get room below 80 even after 12 hours on high. Their "snack breakfast" consists of oatmeal packets and one apple left at 9am. Their free wifi had a strong signal but only had internet access about 10% of the time. Staff friendly and recommended decent restaurant nearby but think I'd pass on this place.

Zach was on duty and he was as nice and helpful as a person can be. The room had been upgraded and was very comfortable. The only things were that there was no coffee maker, the shower head was a bit low for me and the room key took a few times to work. They did say they were in the process of upgrading the room locks and the room did have very comfortable beds, a new microwave, heat system, refrigerator and a flat screen TV. As I said, It was very comfortable.

Easy access off hwy 40 into AZ. Has fridge and microwave. Large room very friendly staff and late checkout was no problem. Has a pool and there are restaurants and grocery nearby. Perfect for an overnight stay

The room is clean, the staff are nice, Mr. Nathan is very helpful and friendly. Like to stay again if come to Needles.

Well when I got to the office the man behind the counter said that he was waiting for me. I said OK he then proceeded to tell me the room was $84.00 I showed him my reservation that was for $32.00 he then continued to ask for $84.00 and to tell me that it is how much the rooms for everybody on this day $84.00 is. I then showed him my reservation confirmation which he then said ok. 32.00 I gave him $40.00 us dollars which he then asked if I wanted change I said yes and he gave me back $4.00 I asked for the rest and he said ah come on I usually get $84.00 dollars for that room. I was tired getting extremely upset told him to keep the rest and when leaving I am told it is a smoking room that I got. Which I specifically asked for none smoking in my reservation and is printed on the confirmation. So I took the room which smelled killed a few bugs and slept about 4 1/2 hours freaked out by all the bugs woke up and left Needles fairly unhappy after a 2 week travel with my kids. Granted it was a $32.00 dollar hotel room in Needles,Ca I was not expecting much but there were other options known chains that I would have booked with at the same price if I had known what I was getting involved in at 11:30pm in 108 degrees after a two week travel. IT Sucked I have booked many hotels and this was the worst.
