We stayed here for 4 nights which was enough for this island. The island has some of the nicest Greek beaches which is good to get away from the hotel. The staff are really nice and helpful when needed. The breakfast was fine and normal with what I had eaten at other places so far. The room itself was fine. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives. This hotel resembles a German retirement village who make up majority of its customers which became a problem with using the pool. The pool itself is nice but getting a sun bed is near end impossible. They are all taken from before breakfast and are ‘reserved’ with towels the entire day. I didn’t see the people who used them as they were always elsewhere. The hotel does mention 30 mins unattended they’ll pack it up, though this was never acted on. I opted to go to the beach instead after this attempt to get away from the people who appeared to act like they owned the place. The mattress in the room can only be described as a rock. God I woke up sore at times. I read this in other reviews too. I don’t like to base reviews around wi-fi as the trip is about more however it is great to have it working properly to research restaurants etc. The wi-fi is poor, intermittent and works in certain locations only. I feel bad writing a review like this as majority of my reviews I tend to enjoy and rate at 4-5 stars not like this one.

The hotel itself was okay. I can't recommend or discourage people for staying here. I'll offer my thoughts. 1. Our ferry was late and the shuttle did not come to pick us up. We had to take a cab but the reception did reimburse my cab fare. They said I must have missed seeing the shuttle but I was looking for it and there weren't that many people getting off the ferry in Naxos. 2. The beds were hard as rock!! It was the worst sleep I had in Greece. 3. There aren't that many lounge chairs by the pool and people 'save' their chair with a towel and then leave. There is a sign saying that you can't do this and belonging will be removed after 30 mins but this didn't happen. 4. The included breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. 5. Staff were friendly and helpful

Keep in mind this is technically a three star hotel - that being said wow! The pool is amazing, the room so comfy and the customer service is awesome! We arrived and the concierge was bubbly and very helpful finding spots around the island. Our AC didn’t work and we called the front desk, they sent someone to fix it in seconds. The bed was so big and soft. The TV worked well and the shower had great water pressure. They also seem to be making no waste efforts with the soap (pump dispenser rather than little bottles) which I really appreciated. There are a few downsides, there isn’t enough pool chairs so if you want to spend the day at the pool, you need to do so early (but honestly we were right next to the pool so no big deal) and the wifi isn’t great, but who goes to Greece for wifi? All in all a great experience! I would certainly come back.

A quiet resort-y hotel in Naxos that's looks a bit better than it actually is. The keys/doors situation here is pretty rough, it was almost impossible for us to get into the room most of the time. The WIFI here is also really bad, we had to go to the lobby to use it. But the ambience is relaxing, with a nice pool and nice breakfast on site as well as a spa with massage services that can be booked, we did the focused massage for 50 euroes, which is about the same as it'd be back home, perhaps a bit more expensive. Like Naxos, it's good for a quiet break before venturing off to other things, get some downtime.

Started out great with a complementary pick up (and return) at the port. Maria at the front desk was so sweet and professional. We were there when the ferries went on strike and she quickly assisted us. The breakfast was good with alot of options and pleasant to eat outside. The pool is lovely and the drinks at the pool bar were great. Guests were up early to save their chaises but I will say that they seemed to sit in them most of the day instead of tying them up when they went elsewhere. A little gate by the pool takes you to the beach in 30 seconds. The sea was so fun and relaxing we floated for hours gazing at the beach cafes and watching everyone having a great time. Then back to the pool for a refreshing swim. The room was large and simple with a good little frig and a small balcony with a peek at the sea. The A/C was fine. We did ask for a pad over the mattress and better pillows as this was the weaker part of the hotel. Great value and location

I had wrote in the past it's good, but had some complaints..I can't miss nothing during my last visit, that not only it is well maintained, but breakfast-the main complaint, is seriously improved...well done guys.

So glad I only booked 2 nights This hotel is so tired and many of the things listed on hotels. Com do not exist or are broken. Firstly the port pick up was good The receptionist friendly. Then the room. It's very tired did not feel clean. This is the start of the season it should feel fresh and clean. The bed has blankets and bedspread that did not feel like been cleaned for the new season. The beds are hard which is okay for me. The bathroom does not have a rain shower but small shower head the bathroom is old and smells. Not sure what the red light is for as meant to be a family hotel. There was hair everywhere even on the towels. Maybe housekeeping need ahir nets. As there was new hair the next day after so called cleaning done. The air-conditioning and the fridge on at the same time sound like a 747 taking off. You have to turn off and unplug the fridge. The curtains let light in. So you need eye mask and ear plugs as the rooms are Not sound proof as advertised. Breakfast was depressing and not worth coming down for Food items not filled and looked so greesey. Resturant staff had bad attitude not sure what wrong with them but they were only proactive to a certain nationality that have a blue and white flag. I table was left dirty and only cleaned when moved outside to drink coffee. The orange juice is either watered down or cheap nasty carton juice. The pool is good size The sauna and steam room they want 10 euros but say the steam room is broken. I am looking forward to leaving as this hotel is depressing and I came away to feel better not worse. This hotel has Thomson and other holiday companies staying here. I would Not recommend this hotel it's overpriced and not as discribed.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very clean room, staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a number of reasons: provides free airport pick and transfers. Not too many hotels provide that service, if they do, there is an added cost; good location, walking distance to the wharf; and friendly staff. If you are lucky, you could meet the youngest staff at the restaurqnt called Maria. She is only 5-1/2 years old and in her uniform with her little tray. What a great place to stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We stayed here from 20 April to 23 April. We love Naxos. Lots of history.

My wife and I stayed here while in Naxos. The room was clean had a great location off the pool with a private patio. Chairs around the pool were scooped up early but we didn’t go to Greece to sit at the pool all day. We decided to rent a car and drive around the island which the hotel helped us with the rental. Very nice staff and clean hotel would definitely go there again.

We stayed at the Naxos Resort Beach Hotel for two nights the last week it was open for the season. The hotel was quiet and really tidy, with attentive staff. The hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms and furnishings are quite dated. Breakfast was good - small selection but done well.
