The security staff during the night was terrible. Asking very aggressive about the wrist band to go in. I tried to explain him i just arrived and didn't have any wrist band, i had to tell him i am go in and call the police if you want. After traveling all day the last thing i want was to argue. Hotel is awesome and the ubication excellent.
Great hotel in Pamplona. Close to everything and top of the line facilities. We stayed at a junior suite that provided us lots of space and comfort. Outstanding breakfast. Hotel is in border of old town with easy walking access to all sightseeing sites and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and ready to assist guests with their requests. It provides right comfortable environment for a lovely stay in a charming city that is hard to leave because it is an amazing place to visit.
Spotty wifi, inconsistent air conditioning, smell of smoke in room, uneven housekeeping. Contacted front desk but didn't resolve issues. We realized how bad this hotel was when we checked into our next hotel in San Sebastián. Both 4 stars but Tres Reyes was definitely below par. In Pamplona, we met friends at their hotel's lobby and were extremely jealous and regretful. We should've stayed there instead. It was Palacio Guendulain. Another option would be Gran Hotel La Perla. These hotels are just a little more expensive but totally worth it.
The only problem that I had was parking--they had none available so I had to park a few blocks away. Apparently their parking garage is not adequate for the hotel and they rely on public parking as well.
