I stayed at this hotel with four friends for three nights during the San Fermin festival. Location is absolutely no problem. During the festival, the bus line out to the hotel runs 24h, and I never waited longer that 10 minutes for a bus even at 4 in the morning. It is a 6-7 minute bus ride. Rooms were clean. The bathrooms were good. The rooms were quiet. The only downside is the ridiculous price during the festival, but if you are willing to pay it, it is an ideal place to stay.
