Hotel is dated and definitely needs updating. No air conditioning. Mattresses are hard, pillows are so soft that they have little to no support for your head. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location close to everything. Room was spacious super clean and we had a great view of the Main Street. Downside, NO AC in the summer but apparently it is the norm in most hotels in Munich. We had a fan to help.
This is a great place to stay on a budget. I specifically chose this place because it looked clean, was cheaper than most hotels, and was right near the train station. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant that will deliver to your room when you're exhausted from traveling all day. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel was okay except for the lack of air conditioning. We visited during a very hot week so it was quite uncomfortable. Our full bed was a bit awkward since it was just 2 twin mattresses push together. Other than that the staff was friendly and the hotel was VERY close to the central station, it'd be better if you stayed during cooler months rather than the summer.

Getting there and checking in was a breeze. They were pretty helpful and laid back. It was also nice to have the restaurant next door-it made things convenient.
