This is my 5th time to visit this hotel, it is still my favorite due to its unique rooms, beautiful grounds and the Atlantis experience. However there are issues. The beaches were constantly filled with seaweed that crews would sort of rake up a bit, then leave it, usually for days. Almost half of the water park was closed, my guess was lack of guests, a disappointment ....as were many of the on site restaurants. The buffet menus have not changed much in years, and the quality of the food is down from years past. 5% of the slots in the casino were broken, (I counted 30) and many more were in need of repair. Don't know what was up with that. I will say that the grounds have recovered nicely from the hurricane damage of last year, beautiful as ever. Staff was friendly and fun, always with a smile. The rooms are however showing there 20+ year old age, worn carpets and such are expected, but... They have at least upgraded the TV's to full HD with plenty of channels. Overall I did enjoy myself, but the water park closures with their confusing signs and no explanations, hit and miss restaurants being open or not. Thankfully we have discovered several off site places to eat now.

Absolutely gorgeous. We had a great view! Staff was very nice and helpful. Turn down service every evening at the Cove.

Excellent resort. They need to work on beach service on the cove side of beach. If your looking for snorkeling by the ATLANTIS beach you won't find it. But PLENTY to do at the resort. Snorkeling in the aquarium a must!

First time to The Cove that we have been extremely disappointed. There is a different feel and the quality of the resort is starting to look very run down. Everything looks old, the rooms are not cleaned to the level as before and multiple things were broken in our suite. Internet service was very poor this visit as well. Just very disappointed overall.

Everything was horrible; staff are now part of a union and feel entitled of tips. Rude staff and managers

We had a great experience at the Atlantis resort. It is a top notch hotel with very professional staff. The complimentary shuttle service between the hotels was very nice. The only drawback that we had were the prices of everything on the resort. Overall we had a great time and would probably visit again.

Although the place is very nice it is WAY OVER PRICED ON THE FOOD & DRINKS...Price gauging at it's finest, put a damper on a wonderful trip!

Best tower in Atlantis. Great views and big rooms Would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious experience

I love this place. Great Service and beautiful facility .

Food is extremely expensive. Drinks are also overpriced, to be paying as much as you are a night they should consider fixing their food and beverage prices. I wouldn't come back because of this. You'll have a better tie leaving the resort to get your meals. There also are no excursions available here besides swimming with their dolphins so if you are looking for atv or zip lining and jet ski (anything in that nature) don't expect it because you have to take anther flight to another island just to do it.

The Atlantis is a lovely resort for a beautiful getaway to paradise island. The sprawling property is a mini city with restaurants and shops and a casino. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time. I was disappointed that they didn't include breakfast with your room price ( not cheap). And water bottles in the room were 11$! They give you a small complimentary bottle at night only, and attempt to charge you for everything. I've stayed at nice places before but this was the first one where nothing was included and was an add-on price.

Arrival wasn't very good. Even thou hotel is 50% or less occupied , they have kept us camping for 3 hours before assigning a room. Terrible.

Staff was very helpful, made sure you were comfortable every step off the way. Room had gorgeous views. A little pricey for the restaurant but we did have resort credit which made it worth while. Close to everything and even walking distance to a few great spots. Anthony's and Margaritiville was great with food and prices.

It was a great vacation. The staff from the Cove are very polite. Just at the checking out its when we met an unfriendly lady. And the taxi overcharged us to take is to the airport.

It's a 5 star hotel, with 4 star service level, where the manager would benefit from refreshing her customer service skills. The adult pool is a zoo on weekends. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, the Cove is not a place for you.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at The Cove and couldn't ask for a better trip. This place is beautiful! The staff is so nice and attentive, and the property and suites are to die for! The Cove will definitely be our splurge vacation from now on.

The staff at the Cove is the best! Three awesome staff members who went above and beyond to attend us and make us feel comfortable were Okeno, Oris and Adriana

Stayed at the Cove and visited the Cain pool everyday. The DJ keeps the place rocking. Liked the fact no kids were allowed at the Cain pool. We loved our room, very spacious. The walk to the casino is a little long, but they do offer a shuttle bus. We will return.

We paid the extra money to stay at The Cove and it was worth it. It featured an adults only pool which came in handy because we traveled there during spring break. The hotel itself is not adults only. Make sure you make dinner reservations a week or so before you leave. The food like many reviewers wrote is definitely pricey but we found that the family style restaurants (Virgils BBQ and Carmines) even for 2 people were a good value and had great food. Check-in was the only negative. Dont expect to get into your room earlier than the 3PM Check-In time. We arrived at 1PM and were told the room was almost ready and to keep checking in every 30 minutes and given a key without knowing our room number. Our room didn't become available till closer to 4PM, which would have been fine if we knew cause we would have gone to the pool. Instead we hung around hoping it would be ready soon.

Overall a good experience. Pricey but that was expected

Dear Bunny, Thank you for spending your vacation at The Cove Atlantis. We pride ourselves on delivering an amazing vacation experience and it sounds like yours did not meet your personal expectations. For your next trip, iconic Harbour Island restaurant Sip Sip will open its first outpost location at the ultra-exclusive The Cove on Paradise Island, Bahamas this November. Bahamian Chef Julie Lightbourn will bring her “Caribterranean” menu – “Bahamian but with a twist” – to The Cove’s brand new, redesigned poolscape with two restaurants – one poolside and one on the beach, on Paradise Beach. We hope to see you back in Paradise soon. - The Cove Atlantis Management Team
