We had a great experience at the Atlantis resort. It is a top notch hotel with very professional staff. The complimentary shuttle service between the hotels was very nice. The only drawback that we had were the prices of everything on the resort. Overall we had a great time and would probably visit again.

Although the place is very nice it is WAY OVER PRICED ON THE FOOD & DRINKS...Price gauging at it's finest, put a damper on a wonderful trip!

Best tower in Atlantis. Great views and big rooms Would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious experience

I love this place. Great Service and beautiful facility .

Food is extremely expensive. Drinks are also overpriced, to be paying as much as you are a night they should consider fixing their food and beverage prices. I wouldn't come back because of this. You'll have a better tie leaving the resort to get your meals. There also are no excursions available here besides swimming with their dolphins so if you are looking for atv or zip lining and jet ski (anything in that nature) don't expect it because you have to take anther flight to another island just to do it.

The Atlantis is a lovely resort for a beautiful getaway to paradise island. The sprawling property is a mini city with restaurants and shops and a casino. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time. I was disappointed that they didn't include breakfast with your room price ( not cheap). And water bottles in the room were 11$! They give you a small complimentary bottle at night only, and attempt to charge you for everything. I've stayed at nice places before but this was the first one where nothing was included and was an add-on price.

Arrival wasn't very good. Even thou hotel is 50% or less occupied , they have kept us camping for 3 hours before assigning a room. Terrible.

Staff was very helpful, made sure you were comfortable every step off the way. Room had gorgeous views. A little pricey for the restaurant but we did have resort credit which made it worth while. Close to everything and even walking distance to a few great spots. Anthony's and Margaritiville was great with food and prices.

It was a great vacation. The staff from the Cove are very polite. Just at the checking out its when we met an unfriendly lady. And the taxi overcharged us to take is to the airport.

It's a 5 star hotel, with 4 star service level, where the manager would benefit from refreshing her customer service skills. The adult pool is a zoo on weekends. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, the Cove is not a place for you.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at The Cove and couldn't ask for a better trip. This place is beautiful! The staff is so nice and attentive, and the property and suites are to die for! The Cove will definitely be our splurge vacation from now on.

The staff at the Cove is the best! Three awesome staff members who went above and beyond to attend us and make us feel comfortable were Okeno, Oris and Adriana

Stayed at the Cove and visited the Cain pool everyday. The DJ keeps the place rocking. Liked the fact no kids were allowed at the Cain pool. We loved our room, very spacious. The walk to the casino is a little long, but they do offer a shuttle bus. We will return.

We paid the extra money to stay at The Cove and it was worth it. It featured an adults only pool which came in handy because we traveled there during spring break. The hotel itself is not adults only. Make sure you make dinner reservations a week or so before you leave. The food like many reviewers wrote is definitely pricey but we found that the family style restaurants (Virgils BBQ and Carmines) even for 2 people were a good value and had great food. Check-in was the only negative. Dont expect to get into your room earlier than the 3PM Check-In time. We arrived at 1PM and were told the room was almost ready and to keep checking in every 30 minutes and given a key without knowing our room number. Our room didn't become available till closer to 4PM, which would have been fine if we knew cause we would have gone to the pool. Instead we hung around hoping it would be ready soon.

Overall a good experience. Pricey but that was expected

we booked the deluxe ocean suite, but instead, they place us in the sapphire suite, which is wonderful, except was on first floor, so not much of an ocean view. the room itself was amazing, except for the view. Lisa, the night time maid, was very helpful. both our tv's were broken though. called the front desk multiple times, had two different service men come by on two different days, both times, said they would be back to fix them, yet never returned.

We live in Boston and needed a quick getaway to somewhere warm. We did not want to travel far and a friend suggested we look into Atlantis. We did and booked our stay at The Cove. Pulling up...we were greeted by some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. The grounds were beautiful! We checked in and proceeded to our room. The room views were amazing. The food was amazing during our stay as well. The downsides were...our room was "worn" and furniture had stains. To get two drinks at the "adult only" pool were $50.00 but if you went to other pool bar those same 2 drinks were half the price at $25.00. We would come back and stay again.

My 6th time to Altantis, but first time at The Cove! I visited at the end of October. This is a great time because it is much less crowded and the weather is still great (plus I got a crazy deal of $260/night which is about 50 lower than normal). The room was amazing. I was on 18th floor and had an amazing view (although I think the water view from The Reef is better). It is almost as big as an apartment nice entryway, huge bathroom with 2 separate sinks, tub, shower, walk-in closet, separate sleep area, living area with couch and chairs. Nice balcony with 2 chairs/table. A little bit of wear, but still nice. The bed and bedding were awesome...I have never slept so well. Great bath products. For a 5 star hotel, the service isn't stellar. When I checked in there was a long line and the person checking me in was very indifferent. No one even bothered to see if I needed help with bags. I went to the concierge one day to arrange my transfer back to airport. The guy was texting on his phone and seemed I was bothering him. Instead of making the arrangements, he called Majestic and then thrust the phone into my hand like he was too bothered to deal with it himself. I thought the staff at The Reef were much, much better. My suggesting to Atlantis...fire everyone in the check-in/concierge and replace them with the staff from Starbucks! The staff at the Starbucks in the The Reef are amazing. Always remember your name and your drink and will do anything for you....now that's real customer service. I love all the water parks and ocean at Atlantis. This is all top notch and my favorite thing about visiting. I wasn't crazy about the "Cove only" pool....to me, it was just a lot of tacky people crowded into a very small pool. Too much of a tacky "scene." Not exclusive at all. I don't think this is a real draw to stay in The Cove. I do like that end of the resort with The Cove/The Reef because it is much less crowded and the beaches are the best. I think you are better off staying at The Reef. The rooms are as great...a little smaller...but all the amenities of The Cove with a better price. The Wifi worked for me...but $21.95 per day???!!! Really. I am used to all the add on fees (gratuity, maid fee, water fee, energy fee, taxes), but this is crazy.

Perfect balance between relaxing beach vacation with plenty of activities and good restaurants.

Great time and relaxing vacation. Would like to see some upgrades made to the resort though
