When I booked our vacation the pictures shown were the pictures of what the rooms and pool will look like after the renevation that they were undergoing when we stayed. The room was very outdated and I was a little disappointed but overall we had a great time.

Royal Tower beautiful hotel, clean, nice people always say hello and smile. I recomand it

this place is too expensive, there are many other destination that are less costly. and the resort fee barely includes anything its a big scam.

Meals and drinks are very expensive! (100$ for breakfast for 2 adults and a nine year old.) If you are not looking for fancy right across the street there is a dunkin doughnuts, liquor store, pizza place, Quiznos.... Did the dolphin swim at the hotel and it was 221$ pp and it was basically a photo shoot with a dolphin. I hear the one at the Blue lagoon is cheaper and better! Just be prepared to walk miles and every waterslide requires 5-8 flights of steps to the top! My son had a blast, I need another vacation! Enjoy

This hotel is a great well rounded hotel for all types of stays and budgets. The Coral Towers sits conveniently at the marina of Paradise Island and is immediately adjacent to the shopping corridor and the casino. Every room offers a balcony with views of the ocean and resort. The standard terrace room I stayed in was very spacious, quiet, and clean. The staff was very helpful and greeted me with a smile each time I approached them with a question. Just on the doorsteps of the tower is the resorts own area called the Marina Village, which contains many shopping outlets and restaurants of all types.

Our stay in Coral Tower for a week was okay. Options for food around Atlantis was limited. It was our first trip to Bahamas for my ten years old son's Spring Break; we had a relaxed time there.

The staff at check-in wanted a credit card for hotel fees in which I already pre-paid ahead of time. After some back and forth exchange, the lady finally called her supervisor who confirmed that the hotel fees were already pre-paid. We were checked in without any further delay with a room facing the entrance of the hotel and looking out toward the marina. Nice room, nice view but sounds of traffic were constant. The hotel room was always kept nice and clean. The AC unit is old and made some noise when it was running. Housekeeping and hotel staff excluding the front desk were nice and very helpful. The people of the Bahamas are amazing and friendly. Restaurants on the property are abysmal. Food taste is below par. Coming from a big city like Houston, we are a melting pot of some of the most amazing cuisine around the world. Restaurants on the property lack taste and authenticity, not to mention poor service due to automatic 15 gratuity and 7.5 taxes. Food off of the island wasn't much better. Taxi prices were decent. The Atlantis property itself is captivating and beautiful. I would visit again with hopes for better food and restaurant service in the future.

Love the resort,so much to look at and do.Staff very friendly, overall reasonable just wish more kids activities in the evening were complimentary!

We arrived @1245. Got keys to room @3:15 keys didn't work was told to wait by room for security. Got in @4:30. View not what expected and toilet tank running loud. Called desk to say we didn't want this room. Lady stated with attitude no rooms available & will send engineering to fix. I requested a manager. Supervisor put me on hold, came back & had another room in different wing. We finally got settled in a room around 5pm.

Room had a musty odor but they came and maybe changed the ac filter or something and it was fine. Terrace view has NO view. Very expensive to eat and a can of spray sun protection was $25. However, beautiful location, beaches, pools etc were immaculate. Perfect weather ! staff very helpful. Lots to see and do. Very save as a solo !

Our kids loved the resort amenities and water park. My youngest was 47.8 and you need to be 48 solid or you will get on nothing...trust me, we tried multiple times with different slides. Would have liked to have more of the Bahama culture brought into the resort. Felt like you could drop the Atlantis resort most anywhere and not know you were in the Bahamas. Everything was double to triple the price as an American resort...you expect high prices, but a few things were ridiculous. All and all, good trip, but for the price well check it off our list and try another place in the future.

The hotel was great and the staff were awesome. The only thing was the fridge in my room wasn't working and they ask me to pay $15 a day to get a fridge which I don't think was right. Overall our stay was memorable.

All met expectations as I work in the industry for over 20 years Only negative was when two champagne flutes were requested from the lobby and bartender said he could not help me as he only had a few and those were for paying guests it got me upset as I spent over three thousand dollars in four days and it took RS over two hours to deliver them only when a glass oj was purchased I felt I was being nickled and dimed

We love Bahamas, and love to stay at Atlantis. Will come back!!

Terrible way to much money. Food is way to much money. Excursions are way to much money. Rooms are not updated. Will never return or recommend.

This Hotel is very, Very Nice... EXPENSIVE FOOD as nowhere else in the Island but grounds are Gorgeous. Valet Parking $16 or self parking for $8 and we were never given the opportunity to self park because they told us it was only Valet Parking. Other than this disappointment I won't have anything bad to say. Fantastic Kids experience! but be ready to spend money. We'll for sure visit again.

The coral towers are a nice getaway from the hectic royal towers although all towers were excellent. Very kid friendly lots of activities within the hotel.

Guests should've been notify that the lazy river and pool for the Coral Tower section is closed for renovation and an additional discount should be given to guests. The staff and front desk are very polite and accommodated us as best as they can.

lot of amenities, kids loved the waterpark and beaches

Sorry to say this hotl is not worth the price. Food very expensive and you have to wait on long lines for everything!
