The food was too expensive. Virgils was disgusting. Eat at Margariteville half the cost. The porch for breakfast, acts like they understood food allergies but didn't, we got sick. The caulk was so over done in the bathroom that they couldn't clean it. The corners were black with mold. Found potato chips under the table when we moved in. The balcony was not wiped down, bird dung on the banister. Bartender could not make a mimosa, said it was too far to go for the champagne. No notice that a beach was closed but others may be open.

We had a wonderful stay in December at the Atlantis Paradise Island. We went to celebrate our anniversary. We were upgraded by Silver from Beach Tower to Coral Tower. We had a balcony overlooking pools, a lagoon with sea turtles, and the ocean. It was a great surprise for our anniversary - made possible by Silver's wonderful hospitality. We ate at Nobu, which was fantastic, just as good as the ones in NYC. We did find Marina Pizza and Murray's Deli to be slightly overpriced for what you got. Would highly recommend making a reservation for Nobu as it can get very crowded. The french fries and frozen daquiris at the various concession stands around the pools are also phenomenal. Overall, the resort was full, but with all the activities, between the beach, pools, water slides, lagoons, snorkeling, we didn't feel as if it was too crowded at all. Pools do close at 5pm as it gets dark around 5:30pm - but we found there were enough other activities at night that this was no problem. We really liked how the Atlantis incorporates all the wildlife within the grounds of the hotel. The aquarium - the Dig - is 24/7 and is truly spectacular. We liked within Coral Towers that we were close to the beach but far enough from the casino so that it was quiet and relaxing. In addition, it was far enough away from the smoking. We didn't find anything was too far a walk from our room.

The rooms in beach tower are not as updated as in fancier hotels. Pillows were not super comfortable and I could see that the AC might not be cold enough for some people especially in the heat of summer. The food that we ate there was not amazing, but not bad at all. It was of course a little expensive. I definitely recommend getting off the island to Fish Fry if you like adventure and local food/flair. That said, garden views are fantastic and staff is very friendly and helpful. Atlantis itself is truly amazing with all the aquatic life, gardens, beautiful beaches, casino, and water park. We had a very relaxing and fun time.

Rude people. Took me almost 2 hours to find my room. Asked too many employees and all of the guide me wrong.

A few bumps at first. We booked a water view villa and were told we were being 'upgraded' since that building as being renovated. We decided to be happy with our room, not much we could do. We had a great view of the ocean. Still has fairly easy access to the beach. Many restaurants were closed. We needed more information about what was open and what hours. Our first night at casino service was terrible, but the last 2 nights were fantastic with very attentive staff.

Our stay was terrible, we stayed 7 nights at the beach tower and our room was facing construction at Riu. they worked 7 days a week even at night. it was terrible. Atlantis didn't move us to a different tower because they said it was sold out, but really was almost empty ( week 8/30-9/6). They didn't clean our room one night and when we asked why, front desk lady said:" you would like your room to be cleaned daily? Really? she gave us a credit of $10..insulting. We also purchased a value meal plan and almost every night 3 restaurants were closed! most of restaurants and bars were closed so you had to walk far to get a bottle of water! DO NOT WAIST you money on this place. Go to Beaches in Turks and Caicos, Sugar Bay in Barbados, Waldorf Astoria in Puerto Rico or anywhere else.

Bring in local Bahamian food. NOT American. American's don't want to eat the same food they get back home!

Have a awesome time free movie theater and a lot to see free, nice people, free bottle of water, everything near, free shutter bus,

The Beach Tower is close to the beach but from from everything else. The Terrace View is a view of the convention center roof. Room was a little dirty and had a few issues like leaky sink and broken curtain rod, but bed was comfy and staff were very friendly. If I go back to Atlantis, I would still stay in Beach tower, I think it's worth the savings.

Let me start by saying that the Beach Tower is in desperate need of a make over! It is definitely outdated. However, it is comfortable, casual, and relaxed. You're just a 10-15 minute walk from waterpark. It has its own great pool and located right on a beautiful beach! The cave bar and grill are attractive and afforable. It's also a 5 min walk from marina village, which offers more affordable dining choices and great views. Beach tower offers all the perks of Atlantis but without the crowds. Staff was excellent! If they renovate/ update this hotel it would be perfect. The Beach Tower is a great deal for anyone trying to stay on a budget in Atlantis.

The Atlantis Beach Tower itself is pretty outdated, and the walls are thin, so you'll easily hear your neighbors. It has easy access to a nice pool for kids and adults and it's right by the lazy river. Also has easy beach access and a nice walkway with waterfalls, sea turtles, stingrays, etc. Atlantis as a whole is epic, the water park is so worth it. All the buildings are basically connected, so it really doesn't matter which building you stay in. I thought walking around would be time consuming and tiring, but it's rather easy to get from one side to the other. Walking around is fun anyways because there's so many nice things to see along the way. We loved the aquarium inside the Royal Towers. The worst part of the stay is the cost of food, which is so ridiculous it's laughable. Ppl mentioned going into Nassau downtown for food, but be ready to pay $15 for a taxi there and another $15 back, so it's not that cost effective. We spent $30 going into town to buy groceries, but those prices are ridiculous at the grocery store too, and you have to tip everyone you interact with. Tipping is huge there, they expect you to tip for everything. Overall, it really is a fun place to stay if you have kids and enjoys going on a bunch of different water slides.

We were in Atlantis for a family vacation. The check-in process was extremely slow. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Room were satisfactory at best. I was disappointed with the room. Curtain to balcony was broken and safe was broken. Smoke smell that was allowed at and near the hotel was unpleasant.

Poor service, does not help unless asked with luggage. Very expensive food & everything includes a 15% gratuity even a slice of pizza, then there's a line for additional gratuity. Rooms are outdated, if you stay at a villa which is part of the beach tower it is a longggg walk to the market village or lobby.

Loved this place, 2nd time here... close to beach and they have a Marina Village close by with shops and places to eat,,, definitely on the pricier side but great place to go!

It was a great place for children of all ages entertainmentwise. Food options and food quality was mediocre to low. The buffet had a great variety but at $65 per person for dinner it is a bit outrageous.

Great hotel clean near beach. Food was great, not far to all attractions.

The hotel rooms could've been better, the rooms looks outdated but hotel it self was great.

Atlantis is a wonderful experience. The facilities are top notch. The pool, beach, shops, restaurants & casino casino were superb. Check in was slow.

It was fantastic! We loved Atlantis and plan to come back with friends in the future!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room had a leaky air-conditioner and there was water everywhere we Brought it to housekeeping's attention and nothing was done they told us to let the let the staff know when we checked out. They credited us one day stay I feel like I should've had the whole room comped. During our visit to the pool we couldn't even get served drinks the bar was closed we had to walk long distances very inconvenient stay. The service was very poor even in the casino.
