I enjoyed our stay and the resort in general but would not choose a "terrace view" at the Beach Tower again. The room was alright but we looked out on a dirty, ugly, roof with absolutely no view of anything else.t appeared to be the case for most rooms on that side of the hotel.

Hotel smells of mold- check in check out procedures horrendous- would recommend this resort to my worst enemy Wild birds and bird fecal matter everywhere

We did reported couple of times about the leaking above from the closet. No body came to fix it. The carpet feels little damp. No screen door. Too many wires behind the bed and dresser, its dangerous. Not enough lights. Couldn't open the dresser, need the handle bars. Television with Closed Captioned are terrible... Not completely words on TV. Clock are old and small.

The beds were hard, there was black mold in the shower. The hotel is overpriced for what you get.

Very friendly staff! Had a great time! Loved the aquarium! Rooms very comfortable and clean.

We stayed 4 nights in late September. The receptionist at the desk was very nice and friendly which made a great first impression. She accommodated our needs--2 adjoining rooms with ocean views. The rooms were a little out dated, but clean and very comfortable. We weren't in them that much so we didn't really care. The hotel was close to everything and we had no problem getting around. The restaurants and shopping in the hotel were very good, as well as other restaurants in the Atlantis complex. The staff was very friendly, we ordered room service and it was delivered in a timely manner and it wasn't cold. The only suggestion I would make is the bathroom floor was slippery after showering and I slipped, but that didn't slow me down!! I would go back in a heartbeat!.

Overall an excellent experience. The room was perfect and gave us access to the entire resort without spending an arm and a leg. We were also offered a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival which was unexpected and appreciated! Hotel staff was incredible and addressed the few issues we had professionally and fairly. From hotel staff to the locals almost everyone one, less one horrible bartender, were welcoming and went out of their way to help make our stay special. We cannot wait to come back and we will be staying at Atlantis!

The lobby staff was unfriendly and the prices to expensive. But the hotel is amazing! We really enjoied our stay!

We arrived at the hotel around 4:30PM. We were "upgraded" to the Coral Towers hotel but had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get our room. Housekeeping came late, around 4 PM everyday. The refrigerator only worked if the light switch by the door was left on, and then the housekeepers turned the light off when they left with our food left to warm up. We only received large towels for the first 2 days and had to ask 2 times for washcloths and hand towels. I finally gave up on that issue. Food costs were extremely excessive for marginal quality.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, maybe is a little bit of walk to get to everything specially when you have kids but over all is a good family vacation spot. The kids loved it

The resort is massive, a map is helpful finding your way around. Overall, the resort is impressive, however there is a significant difference in price and experience depending on which section of the hotel you are staying in. In general, the higher the price, the nicer the room. We booked the basic room in the beach tower but due to construction, we were upgraded to the coral tower (still dated/needs of updates). The room was comparable to Holiday Inn, very basic. The prices for everything is outrageous, however if you are worried about budget, you wont want to stay here to begin with. Take into account that due to taxes in the Bahamas, double your budget expectations especially on food/drinks. A big tip to save money on food is bring lots of munchies/snacks for poolside. We enjoyed ourselves at the resort, and would recommend it by saying go with spending the extra money and stay the upgraded tower sections (not Beach or Coral) . The resort offers a variety of activities etc, however it can get very crowded at times especially with cruise tours coming through.

As soon as I arrived it took over an hour to check in. The line was extremely slow and the people checking in had no sense of urgency. After sleeping one night in the room I started noticing flying bugs that were all over the television area. Then the person next door began blasting music which lasted until 11:00 pm. I was also awakened by the same music at 8:00 am the next morning. After complaining to guest services they said they would move my room and I waited all day for confirmation that I could move. Finally, a nice housekeeper went over to the new room and discovered that it was ready for me. Guest services NEVER followed up on how the new room was. I guess as a thank-you the smoke alarm went off on the entire floor at 3:00 am. Of course hotel management never called the room to apologize.

I got there and the lazy river was under construction. This was not posted on the internet. I got very poor or no wi-fi signal. Overall the hotel is a good hotel to stay at.

AWESOME!!! Loads of FUN for the entire family!!! Would definitely do it all over again!!! The Dolphin Excursion was GREAT and cheaper when book online.

The hotel location would have been fine if several amenities pool, lazy river near my room would not have been closed. Staff located at rental areas for paddle boating, etc. were not helpful and often rude. In fact they seemed irratated if you wanted to rent equipment. Several of the amenities- rides etc. were closed and operate at different times and there isn't a central location that provides this detail and alot of time was wasted on such a large property walking to things that were closed. With that said housekeeping staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and the food was great.

Hotel was just ok, very clean but very overpriced. Too far away from all the good activities, restaurants, pools and casino. It was like walking across town to get anywhere. If you can, pay the extra money to be in the better hotels at the Atlantis.

Atlantis is overall a beautiful place to stay. Having pools near by, the crystal clear beaches, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. There was plenty of activities for kids and adults. I wasn't too happy with the fact that my hotel room didn't have a microwave or a fridge but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel staff were always so courteous and helpful. We didn't buy the meal plans and I'm glad we didn't. We spent quite a bit of money at many overpriced restaurants but once we ventured away from the hotel into downtown Nassau, the food was considerably lower.

Everyone on staff and in Nassau went the extra mile to make us feel like special visitors. Check in experience was a bit slow. The hallways to and from the different towers were narrow and packed with people (like being in Las Vegas). Views from our room were breathtaking! Everywhere we walked were pools of marine life. Food was great, but pricing was so high ($61.00 for breakfast buffet for 2) and choices were limited to only 2 options for food in our same tower. We began seeking restaurants in town and paying cab fare to get there.

First time here at Atlantics see you in commercial decide to go here. When first arrive staff was friendly. Front desk employee was helpful and provide us with information. Room was comfortable and had a good review. Didn't have to wait for the room to be ready check in. Location was perfect walk distance to the resorts. Only cons was when we receive the discount vouchers that was provide with our trip from resort. The resort and restaurants need to communicate better regarding the dine in pass voucher for guest. Upon check out their was a little incidental when approach the front desk agent the employee that was direct us to front desk she put us in a different line that was concierge line since we need to get back our deposit money that was cash. Then we was redirect to the front desk agent for check out to get the deposit since the concierge didn't have any money in her bank she stated. The front desk agent was stand their for a while wait for a manger or supervisor approve. I believe their was a supervisor for front desk was their talk to another employee. Couple minute later another front desk employee went a give us our room deposit money back. The resort need a better policy on refund back room deposit to guest when guest do room deposit in cash. Beside that had a good experience. Would come back to resort.

We really enjoy Atlantis. However we were not informed that our hotel pool have been closed for previous month and will continue to be closed during the duration of our visit. This made it very difficult with two young children to transport them over to the nearest pool on property. I spoke to management and they said there was nothing they could do. I thought the least I could do was give us a meal on the house but nope.
