Great location. 25 minutues from downtown, perfect location for gas, food, shopping

No where on their site did they mention that the hotel was being remodeled. It was a MESS..Lobby literly had drywall plaster and dust EVERYWHERE, new floors were being put down, it was just a mess. The areas to get Ice or the vending machines were also tore up from the remodeling work. We took the stairs at one time and it looked like someone had vomited in the stairwell. Both the coke and snack vending machine were OUT OF ORDER! The room was okay, but the bathroom could have been much cleaner, there were water marks behind the toliet and sink, due to it leaking. To top it all off, this is not a 5 star hotel in Nashville..I had paid for the room in full before arriving, they required a $250.00 deposit for 1 night stay. The girl working the desk was very nice, called her manager and they dropped it to $150.00....I don't think there was anything in the room worth $250.00....Of course they said the deposite would be credited to my account as soon as I checked out, but since it was a weekend, it has still not shown back up in my account. I also called for room service, the menu says that they serve up until 10:00 pm on Friday nights. I called a few minutes after 8:30 pm and they said they stopped serving at 8:30....So the menu in the room is not even correct.

Went with two young kids. We weren't told until check in that it was under construction and the pool was closed. (Our reservation was non refundable due to being booked by a third party site) :( We were welcomed our second night by men using jack hammers in the lobby. There was concrete powder in the air while we walked through and all over our shoes. Very, very disappointed in our stay. We will definitely be looking into another hotel for our trips to Smyrna!

The room had mold on the bed frame and night stands, asked them to clean the mold. When the staff came into the room my niece daughter left a doll baby in the room. The cleaning staff thought it was a real baby and left the room. UNLOCKED with our stuff in the room. The front desk was helpful, but the owner was not helpful.

great staff, very friendly, clean room. close to shopping area and restaurants.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Our stay was very comfortable, with a friendly staff.

Very close to a variety of places on Sam Ridley in Smyrna, TN. This came in handy when moving across town when we needed a place to crash for the night...

Late night check in process was quick and efficient room was clean and everything in its place as expected.

We have stayed at this hotel 6 times now. It is the perfect halfway stop for us when we drive from Chicago to Florida. It's right on the highway and next door to a Ruby Tuesdays. Even better is that the hotel is always clean and the staff is very friendly. We will stay here again and the price is very reasonable. They are let friendly for a small deposit as well. Perfect for us.

The hotel was just ok. The room did have a fridge and microwave which was nice considering most hotels these days dont have that anymore. Our toilet broke halfway thru the stay and they were supposed to move us to another room but I guess the front desk forgot. Also the shower curtain had some mold. It was a cheap hotel and that's what I got, a cheap hotel room. The location is right next to the highway which made it easy to get anywhere.

We tour the city. No, nothing was missing. The hotel clerk was very friendly. He was very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.
