So dirty we didn’t stay! Smelled like smoke. Cigarette butts everywhere. Definitely not what I requested!!!! Very disappointed ☹️

Nearly mugged very close to hotel. Junkie tried to break in and steal stuff. I paid nearly a month ahead of time for a non refundable room and had to pay more at check in due to a rate increase. I checked out early and left.

Bed was comfortable. Good hot water for showering. Got what we paid for - cheap for a one night stop over.

The continental breakfast was stale donuts coffee and old hot chocolate. The bed was so used it boynced us around id we moved a hand. The room had roaches. The safety loxks on the door were broken

The room was smelly and dirty. There was no way I would use that bathroom. I was there for about 20 mins, which was too long. I booked another hotel and left. Only stay here if you are broke and have no other options

We had a team stay here, we had 5 rooms. All were pretty gross. The pool was half-full of mostly algae and beer bottles. There were two separate occasions where our players saw guests on the hotels carrying bats wrapped in barbed wire. I was genuinely hesitant to go to my car to grab something after dark. It's nestled right behind a busy liquor store. These are true stories, not exaggerations.

Sheets were clean but blankets were NASTY and bleach stains so asked for a clean one and was given a brand new one in the bag with tags! Only had to stay for 1 night so we survived for saving about 120$ a night

We've stayed here many times. Much improved now that Rodeway took over.

Was not very clean, bad neighborhood, staff that cleaned in the am were very loud. Shower barley put water out. Door had a big gap in it.

Hotel was located in a shady neighborhood and not worth the 60$ for one night.

The room phone wasn't working - they never fixed it. There was a lot of noise outside on our last night. We told the manager on duty but it never stopped.

The room was decently clean...def not spotless. Soap and everything was provided. Staff was friendly. Could have had better blankets and pillows for the bed...seemed really old and worn.

Staff: Clerk who checked us in seemed to be training, asked lots of repetitive questions or ones that did not make sense. All with good intentions. He showed my wife the room ahead of the booking and really tried. The other employee (manager?) shut down the breakfast rather abruptly at 9 AM precisely, but allowed my son with special needs behind the front desk to show him something that had gained his interest. This manager (?) told us about his theater performance the previous night. Nice. The breakfast included no eggs, yogurts, or vegetables, but did include more pastries than usual. The swimming pool looked great, but we had no time to enter. The neighborhood was not great, to say the least. The beds were comfortable, the main room looked old and was limited in space, the bathroom (shower only), on the other hand, was renewed and spacious. There was coffee all day in the lobby. Altogether a positive experience, fairly priced, close to downtown Nashville.

The location is good as far as not being too far from downtown, but it is not the safest area. Good value overall.

Good location. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Room was clean, bright, AC worked great. Building could use a little sprucing up but all in all good value. Would stay there again. Hotel pushed taking a cab downtown, but that was not necessary. We got in/out with little to no problem and parking was only $20...i.e. a lot cheaper than a cab would have been. Best investment is a GPS, gets you in/out without all the hassle. Loved Nashville, city was lively and friendly.

This hotel is older but it seems like management is working hard to make it nice. My room had been recently renovated, but was just a bare bones basic room. Was fine for me, visiting Nashville by myself, but I would not stay here with my Lady, she deserves much better accommodations. The staff was very nice and hospitable and made my stay a very pleasant one.

This hotel needs some more cleanliness and there was hair in the towels. It was an okay value for the money. I had a good night's sleep while I was there. The something missing that would have made my stay more enjoyable would have been a more thorough cleaning of the room, but other than that, it was good.

not bad. agressive checkout.

We only stayed 1 night and the hotel was in a decent location as long as you didnt travel right upon exiting the parking lot and didnt try to just explore you surroundings. but we arrived at the hotel and not 5 minutes after being there someone tried to get into our room we were not sure who it was and didnt answer but then it happened a 2nd time not 5 mins later and this time they had a key! we were shocked when we finally opened the door (pepper spray in hand) to see a woman who we assumed was a maid standing there on her cell phone..she had no uniform or tag on but she jus asked us if we were ok and then kept checking the other rooms...we were not sure that was even allowed but it was a very bad way to start out the trip (especially for 2 young ladys traveling alone) and it worried us the rest of the time. we also found and almond in the floor which proved they had cleary not vaccumed, but we were just relieved when we noticed it was not a bug. the bed was also broken and uncomfortable but i have slept in worse and we were also located right next to a bar so it got sort of loud throughout the night with yelling and other sorts of noises. The bathroom was very nice though it was the best part of our stay. all in all if your just looking for a cheap hotel for a couple nights its ok but i would suggest to not travel here if its just young women staying alone.
