Staff is great and this hotel is very convenient to major highway (I-65) which is 2 blocks from the Red Roof.

Hotel is being renovated. No breakfast at all due to renovation. Pipes in bathroom area were noisy all night. Heating barely operated. Room floor was not cleaned. Bathroom tub without a stopper.

Honestly, I just needed somewhere to crash and for every place that I was going, this hotel was just minutes away from all of my destinations. Only complaints, the room has an old smoky odor that hits you whenever you open the door. Also, there are two big potholes in the back parking lot area. Other than that, the staff was friendly and courteous. I have no other complaints! I will be staying here again!

We wanted a cheap place to sleep on our way home from Florida. The price was right. The room was fairly clean and the bed was very comfortable. It did the job.

The room wasn't very clean. Dust and hair on furniture and a bug was smashed and smeared on the mirror. Was okay for just a night but wouldn't go again.

If you're just passing through and will be in and out in for the night, it's fine.

Upon arrival I was greeted by unfriendly staff, foul smells, and random stains. The room that you slept in was close to the parking lot and the curtains didn't cover the window. Won't stay there again.

After checking in and going to our room, we decided we needed a bigger room. We checked with the person at the front desk to see about changing our room. She was very courteous and helpful to get us the accommodations that fitted our needs. She even took the time to show us some of the bigger rooms of which some were newly renovated. We were able to switch to one of the renovated rooms without any hassles. By upgrading, we paid a little more. But it was well worth it. We stayed for 2 nights. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful in ensuring that your stay there was up to your expectations. The location was perfect for easy access to the Interstate and downtown.

good price for just a place to stay for the weekend. not super new or bright, old and used, but safe and comfortable.

For $50, the king bed for overnight was great, had a nice shower, and was close to my overall destination. For a quick overnight, this was fantastic for the price.

I didnt expect the best but the room was "Ok", just need to be updated. At check in (david i think, it was a middle aged Caucasian Man), he couldve did better but he seem brother by something. And I wish they had breakfast there, and I requested a crib and they didnt have one (made me mad, but I manage) .. but if u need a quick to stawith No amenities, this the place to go.

Stayed for one night. Had a business meeting the next day. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small and functional. Very clean. Pricing was reasonable. The only complaints I have were 1) a lack of TV channel selection (6-8 speciality channels, no local/ or big three programming) 2) Outside noise from adjacent train rail yard and shipping facility.

Staff was great first room was very very dirty second was ok

Need to crash for a few..money saver..close to where I needed to be..

Located by a train rail yard! Hole in wall from room not maintained. Wifi was free, but never worked. Refrigerator made noise when power was on. TV channels, some worked but some didn't have volume.

Located in an industrial setting. The fan cover in the bathroom was falling off the wall. There were names etched into the light switch. Along with peeling paint in the room. There was noting special about this place and almost made you feel nervous staying here. But if you are looking for a cheap room and can get over some cosmetic flaws, then it isn't all that bad.

Great service. Clean room and slept well. Would recommend.

O K for a place to sleep. To close to interstate. Very noisy due to traffic. Probably won't stay there again.

Staff was well informed and fast. Our 2 rooms had dirty walls, spider webs, and not kept very well. Rooms needed a heavy cleaning from top to bottom instead of just the quick vacuum and wipe down. Ask for a lower level room for easy access to your car. Our double bed room stunk from smoke because the staff said there were no nonsmoking double bed rooms. Ok for the price since our rooms were $60 per night.

Just been taken over by new owners, and I see why someone took the money and ran. Description was no where near, Door would not lock, was told booked up had to put chair against door, tv had only few channels, not dish network as advertised, shower did not spray only stream, phone did not work

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to the ongoing renovations. I will escalate your feedback to verify the lack of breakfast and to call the attention of our team in the condition of clean which was not supposed to be affected by ongoing improvements. We will do our best to make your next visit a better experience. Kind regards.
