The hotel greeter was very nice and professional. Our room was dirty. The floors needed vacuumed and mopped. The shower still had hair in it from their previous guest. The wireless internet did not work, when we called the front desk to report it they told us it was our devices issue. The stay was moderately priced so I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel was close to MTSU, but it's an older hotel with a stinch. Couldn't get rid of that smell.

Stayed here 15 years ago and pretty sure NOTHING has changed including the furniture and bedding!!

The out side is deceptive. The inside looks like it has not been updated since the 1970s. The rooms are small, the bathrooms smaller and the building is falling apart on the inside. We we arrived we also discovered there was an adult entertainment event of some sort happening at that time. The only positive was the staff was friendly.

The Ramada had a friendly staff that was available to meet all of our needs 24 hrs a day. The hotel is dated with decor but was a good value when attending the music festival.

For the traveler with no special demands, this motel is a nice bargain. The manager was very helpful, and there are two excellent bar-and-grills nearby. The one negative: the side doors remained open to the outside all night, leaving a certain vulnerable feeling.

Very dirty room, and it has many insects, but tha staff is friendly.

Very nice, breakfast was nice, hotel clean. Staff friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights on the 2nd floor. The hotel itself has smoking and non-smoking rooms. Booking on a third party website we were not given a choice, and placed into a smoking room. However, after a quick call to the hotel, we were switched pretty easily. During this stay we enjoyed the free breakfast, but did not spend much time in the room other than to sleep. The room itself has outdated decor, carpet is worn, and the shower handle was falling off, though once I pushed it back into the wall it stayed pretty well. The room came with a microwave and mini fridge which was nice as well, but the fridge and radiator were pretty loud. Hotel lobby is nice, but the rest of the hotel could use updating as well. We had to walk up a flight of stairs in an enclosed breezeway to reach our room on the 2nd floor. There didn't seem to be an elevator. Hotel staff were friendly though, and we enjoyed the breakfast, good options. Overall it's a good cheap option if you need a budget hotel and won't be spending much time in your room.

Very nice place and people. Will stay again next year as I celebrate my birthday again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value overall.

Everything was great about this location, except for trouble with trying to get paperwork. They wouldn't give any paperwork proving that we stayed at their hotel and it was hard to get something. They worked with us when the TV was broken and moved us to a new room, the breakfast was great. No other complaints except that the front desk wouldn't work with us, never had this issue before.

Nice rate and decent room for just traveling threw. It was quiet, staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok.

WiFi is great. Coffee pot was not rinsed from last use and shower heads are too low for anyone over 5 ft. 8. People were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I like the in room fridge that prevented me from having to run for ice.

easy to find, close to arena, clean, friendly, quite

We enjoyed our time here. Aside from the AC taking a little long to cool off the room, we have no complaints!

Enjoyed our stay! Aside from the a/c unit taking awhile to cool the room, everything else was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Very Friendly Staff. Breakfast Is Decent. Halls Not Cooled, But Not In Them Very Long Anyway

Convenient, requested non-smoking room on line and was allowed to change room from smoking when we arrived. Parking was around the pool rather then next to the entrance to our 1st floor entrance. Staff was very helpful with directions and question about the way to turn on water in the bathroom tub. I would stay here in the future.

Staff were very nice but the entire motel was extremely hot. It took a very long time to cool the room off since no ac was running prior to entry. The halls also had no air running and the side doors were propped open the entire time so lock your doors.
