Great price but this place needs needs work

The remote to the tv didnt have an input button so it wouldnt change to the cable input. night clerk down there to look for input button on tv and found there wasnt a button to manually change input setting to cable. Therefore we couldnt watch tv. it was late in the night so we just watched our phones and went to sleep.

The place was extremely dirty! It seems liken they never vacuum the carpet, towels in the bathroom were very dirty with a black spots on them. The linens on the beds smelled awfully. After we complained, they offered us the full refund if we want to move out, but it was almost midnight, so we decided to stay. They changed the linens, blankets, and the towels. They also offered another room, but it was in the smoking area and the room smelled badly. The pictures and description on the website are not correct. And all this cost $120 after discounts. They refunded us $40. I never will stay in this hotel again. However, the manager really tried to accommodate our needs and was patient and polite.

Carpet on the hallway so dirty

The carpeting in the hallways and rooms were disgusting. The common areas of the building smelled nasty. It wasn't isolated. The entire building has a nasty, dirty, disgusting smell.

Staff were pleasant. Prices were good. Facility kind of run down. Minimal breakfast options, but they did have hot breakfast.

They changed my room since the handicap rooms were all booked to a 1st fl room from the 2nd fl. room. The staff were friendly also.

The security was great. The staff was very friendly. The room clean and the bed comfortable. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is super outdated which isn't necessarily a deal breaker for me but there was a lizzard on the wall in my room, there was strands of hair on the tops of the bed spread, the tub was very stained and even though I'm sure it was clean, it definitely didn't look like it. The tv worked but the voices didn't line up and were out of sync on every channel. The faucet on the sink in the bathroom was set so close to the bowl of the sink that you could hardly get your hands under the running water to wash them. I was never able to find an elevator and honestly don't think they had one at all. The breakfast was mediocre at best and they didn't even include fresh fruit like they said would be available. The only thing they have going for them is that their staff was nice and friendly.

Old property, But fine if you’re just staying for an overnight.

The old waters fountain was very unique, loved it.

The door to the room wouldn't open. Had to kick it in everytime to get in. Also the fridge didn't work.

It was in quiet location, close to shopping and MSU

I would never ever stay at this place again. Worst customer service and terrible manager. They behave as if they are not charging for your stay.

Very dated furnishings and decor. Like stepping into the 60’s. Except the bathrooms were redone very nicely.

The owner is the kindest man and made our stay very comfortable from preparing breakfast himself and making sure everyone had plenty to eat unlike some buffets that shut down like clockwork. They were so sweet when I needed some rest to check later in the day if I still wanted room service. Very nice spacious room.

The hotel greeter was very nice and professional. Our room was dirty. The floors needed vacuumed and mopped. The shower still had hair in it from their previous guest. The wireless internet did not work, when we called the front desk to report it they told us it was our devices issue. The stay was moderately priced so I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel was close to MTSU, but it's an older hotel with a stinch. Couldn't get rid of that smell.

Stayed here 15 years ago and pretty sure NOTHING has changed including the furniture and bedding!!
