One ice Machine for the building which did not work. Room was not ready when we arrived at 4 pm

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle...private and quiet place. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a night at the start of our journey and two nights at the end. Easy to get to, staff friendly, free breakfast, rooms nice and hotel quiet. I did have a couple issues I took to the front desk and they said they would report to house keeping. One was, it was strange that on our second day of the 2 day stay the house keeper did not refill our coffee packets or plastic ice bag ( which I needed for my knee for ice). Yet, they took away the towels we had hung to use a second day ( per their card in the bathroom) and took the bath soap but did not replace. I will say this changed the tip. All in all I would stay here again.

Easy to find and check in. Staff friendly. Romm standard but bathroom door would not close and shower head needed cleaning. Reported this and the cleaning staff would address. Otherwise nice stay and we would return. Breakfast was larger than expected.

The hotel could use some updating. The price was ok for the type of hotel. The showers could use an upgrade. And the pillows were not comfy at all

While they claim and offer free Wi-Fi the splash screen to allow me access to the internet (both iPad and Android) never popped up so I did not have internet. Also the ottoman in my room was really worn and stained which lowered my cleanliness feel. The bed was comfy and air was cool so for my one night stay it wasn't terrible either.

I recently stayed here when in town for the NHL All-Star Weekend. While this place isn't as fancy as some of the other chains, I feel that it fit the bill well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the water pressure was just right. There are a few things that need attention (minor paint touch ups, carpet wear in the hallway), but I don't feel like it affected my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located next to a small cemetery, which belonged to a old, historical church that once stood in that area (historic marker explains story). I don't feel that is was noticeable when arriving at night, and it was not an issue with my stay. Overall, this is a great place to stay when in the area if you're on a budget. This place is local to several restaurants and Walmart. The next time I'm in town overnight, I would definitely consider this hotel. Great experience!

This hotel was very old and was in need of repairs. The air conditioner was completely off in our room and in the hallways. It did not cool off untill late that night. I did not feel the room was very clean as there was a wet ring on the nightstand and threads on the floor. The beds looked to be freshly made & clean. I was just ready to get out of there the next day and didn't even stay for breakfast.

The room was very nice for the price I paid. No problems whatsoever.

There is absolutely nothing fancy about this hotel. It in fact good use a good re-decorating. However, it was clean, right off Interstate 65, close to major business centers in Franklin, and best of all very economical for this area. I would stay again for an overnight or short business trip. Not bad either for a family vacation on a budget.

My only complaint was the air conditioner did not work very well and it was loud. Also the mattress was very hard so it was hard to sleep on the mattress. The room was very clean and the staff came by each day to give fresh towels and soap etc . I would stay there again. It was a good value.

Elevator is constantly hot, could see where mgt. has turned off the fan in the elevator. We asked the desk clerk about it, no answer and he could care less! Shower head had mold growing where the water exits the head, no reason why housekeeping could not clean this each time they were in the rooms. Only 3 hangers available to hang clothes for two adults, sad and demonstrates cheapness! Waffles at breakfast are gummy/mush like. Yogurt available is TERRIBLE! Glazed donuts worst we have ever had. We had stayed there previously with basically the same write-ups as this time. We were stupid to go back!!!

Had a couple of loose tiles on the bathroom floor but overall was clean and well maintained.

A clean place tp stay close to downtown Franklin, very friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet.

you will like this hotel. The walls are real thin. You can hear your neighbors all the time and since this is a dog friendly hotel you can enjoy fido barking at 4am and waking you up.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Breakfast average. Easy access to highway. Easy to find.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel smells just a little like stale smoke, even in non-smoking rooms. Everything in working order.

The hotel was great for me. My room was clean and well equiped. free wifi is great. front desk was friendly. breakfest is the standard ceral and waffle type. I will go there again

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly, would stay there again

The hotel was in an okay location and is alright if you need somewhere to stay for a night or two. The bed sheets smelled like they may not have been washed, the commode stopped up the first night I was there. My stay would have been better if there were a washing machine to use at the hotel. I would not stay here again unless I had to.
