Quality Inn & Suites

Was heading home from Gulf Shores, AL to Illinois. Was planning to get farther on that Saturday, but traffic was horrible. Stopped at a rest area, looked at what was available and price for something south of Nashville close to I-65. Decided on this location. It was fine. Little tricky to find the office with construction going on, but not that big of a deal.

Website said "some" co,struction. The place is being gutted!! I did not feel safe leaving my stuff in the room or car. Location is very hard to get in and out of without having to go down and take a u turn.

I used to think Quality Inn was a decent hotel. My last few attempts have been bad, and this one was pretty awful. This place dates from the 50s or 60s. The outside is dirty, and in rough condition. Our room was 60% ok. The bed was ok. It's just that there were numerous little things that hadn't been looked after. If you've stayed with Motel 6 much, this place would be below even some of their oldest properties--and you're paying $30 more a night! See that swimming pool prominently displayed in the pictures? The desk clerk says it's closed for good. So why show it? I also found out they're about to demolish and start over. Yep, they need to.

The hotel was in a good location right off the interstate. The staff was good, but that is about the extent of good in this place. Room was clean, but very dated in places. The room we stayed in had the shower head hanging out of the wall. It was not worth the $100+ price at all.

Had a good time. Motel is difficult to get into nearly was hit a couple of times by oncoming traffic that is continuous.

The systems were down so we had a hard time getting checked in but once we did, everything was fine.

IT WAS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY .IT WAS CLOSE TO RESTURANT AND GAS STATION

I go here every now and then with my boyfriend to get away from the apartment and it is one of the cheaper hotels in franklin. It isn't anything amazing but it is good enough for us to return. Haven't had any issues and this stay was fine.

I come to this hotel about once a week or so. It is nice for the money if you come when the rates are lower. Paid around 115 this time- isn't worth that price but still cheaper than most of the other hotels around. Has a nice sizes fridge and microwave, flat screen tv with ports to connect laptop, gaming systems etc, and a love seat. The nonsmoking rooms are clean, although the bathrooms always seem to be a little dirty. Made the mistake of accepting a smoking room once, that room was disgusting. It smelled disgusting and the love seat had holes in it and the entire comforter was covered in cigarette holes. But all of the non-smoking rooms I have had since then were much better.

The motel is better than the modest lobby would have you believe. Internet is a bit too slow. Nothing else wrong with this inexpensive place.

Bed was comfortable, carpets clean, but the air conditioner was in serious need of a clean filter. There was mold in the bathroom around the tub, and the grout did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. We will try the place across the steet next time we visit our children down there.

Good enough for the price- free wifi, but the continental breakfast was mediocre, and the hotel was a little run down. The bed was pretty firm, which is ok if thats what you want!

Had stayed here last year and it was fine; however, this time around the room was not as clean. Had spots on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. Will not stay here again until they clean the place.

Conviently place right off of 65. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, pool was warm. They only thing that held me back was the overall outside appearance.

This hotel is not the same as the one pictured. The hotel lobby is the nicest part of the hotel. The room decor is dated from the seventies and even the door to the room did not close all the way shut. The desk clerk, which I think is the only person that works there was very rude. The parking lot was full of people hanging out and sitting on the beds of trucks. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just go about three miles down the road and you will find alot nicer hotels for the same price with more amenities.

Nice open lobby, breakfast area. Free USA today in lobby. Rooms next to us occupied and you can hear the people talking at times. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about. it filled the void and was of good quality. Make your own waffles is nice. Room was spacious and very clean. Hard to get in and out onto main roasd due to traffic, but having once been a NYC cabbie, this "traffic" is nothing to my steely resolve! We wish to reccomend to you a small take out place called OFF THE GRILL located right around the corner. Turn onto street (Right) go to light, take another right. First strip mall on left. The food was so good (we ate there last night), we're getting ready to check out and go eat there again. Patio furniture on the side walk and high standing chairs along frontage with counter for "dining in". We make one more trip to nashville in 3 weeks for wife's last chemotherapy treatment. If we don't get a room at the American Cancer Societyu Hope Lodge, we'll come back here. Predator games this hockey season , I'll probably come with a few friends and stay here.

Just in town over night. Front desk was very friendly. Room was just remodeled. For an older hotel, very clean. Only problem was that the continental breakfast wasn't the greatest...not a huge selection and not fresh. But, all-in-all, good place to rest your head for an evening.

We arrived very late, around 2am, during the midway point of a cross-country move. They had no problem with us checking in so late, and we had no problem finding the place (near the highway, but not noisy), so that was very nice. The rooms were quiet and big enough for the five people and one dog in our party.
