During check in about 7pm there was only one person checking people in with about 8 to 10 people in line. One hold up was a lady that was supposed to have a room for disability's and one was not available. The clerk did not lose his cool, but didn't seem to know what to do. The room was OK and it was very quiet, but it was not as clean as it should have been. I dropped a piece of toilet paper on the floor and it was still there after they cleaned the room the next day. The towel rack was loose and falling off the wall. I noticed the next evening that there was only one clerk checking people in with about 6 to 8 people waiting in line. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not stay there again.

Greasy place to stay. The best rates around that area. Great breakfast. WiFi lacked speed, but gets by. Appears to be a newer hotel.

The hotel we stayed at was not the cleanest nor the most kept up with. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms were dirty as far as dirt on the floor and walls. The hotel in general was dirty in most places and outdated. It got the job done, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Kept giving us keys to rooms that were either blocked from the inside or had someone else in them. Rooms were dirty and had missing towel racks or racks that were falling out of the walls. The night manager was very good, didn't blame him for the problems, he helped us as best he could.

The hotel gets a 5 for location. Breakfast was above average and the attendant helpful. After that just average . The room was ok but we were there only to sleep. It's NASHVILLE . PARTY.

Carpet needs replacing, and some walls need repair. Was clean but a Little run down. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just needs some updates. Nice time in Nashville.

The room was clean, smelled clean, very happy. Continental breakfast was excellent!! Yes on are last day the coffee maker broke so no coffee in breakfast area, but that's no fault of the hotel things happen, I was overall very pleased. Stayed here 4 nights and will for sure stay here again.

IT WAS VERY NICE, WE WERE LOOKING FOR A POOL AND BREAKFAST TO BE INCLUDED

Had to get the manager to change our room because the floor was soaked. Staff did not care. Room was not cleaned and had to ask for shampoo etc.

Nice location. 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Has outdoor pool but didn't open until next weekend. Room clean. Fitness room has treadmill, elliptical and machine weights. Breakfast very good. Would stay again.

Room was ready and clean. Rested well. The room was a good temperature and it was quiet.

Great time, Good Breakfast. Nice staff. Comfortable Beds

The hotel was in a great location. Near many great restaurants and attractions. We did however request an early check in. I assumed we could get in early but we did not. I understand the hotel was full the night before but still should have been able to get us in early.

This is an average hotel for the price I would go back and stay again because you are close to other restaurants and if this hotel is book up and there is more hotels you can choose from that is close by.

Very comfortable. Was a rainy weekend and this place was a nice comfortable hotel.

Ok for price free breakfast not happy with many items missing. room out dated but bed comfortable.

My husband stayed here the weekend of May 29th. We had a lovely stay! Very convenient location to the grand ole opry and to opry mills. The staff was so hospitable. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Kudos to Melea!!! She's the sweetest!!

We had difficulty with the air conditioner in the room. In the middle of the night, we figured that the air conditioner stopped working and we had to stay up due to warm conditions in the room. Next day morning, hotel staff changed the air conditioner, but this air conditioner was another failed and old dirty piece of junk. Hotel staff came and looked at it and asked to move to another room around 11:00 PM in the night. They couldn't fix the A/C and our son was sleeping and therefore, we decided not to move to another room. It was another night that we had stay awake due to warm, sweaty temperature inside the room. We have never seen this type of failure and discomfort before. We have stayed in comfort inn in other places but never experienced this kind of problem. Moreover, the staff who handed me the key for the exchange of room was just laughing me complaining over that the A/C is not working and was so reluctant to even say anything. His answer was i do not know i can do anything. After much discussion and argument, he offered to change our room but our mood was spoiled already and wanted to stay in the same room.

We live in the city where we stayed for a night out for New Years , the hotel was a good deal on the room we stayed in we will do this again.

When we first arrived we were given a room that the air conditioner did not work. They did move us to another room but the new room had a tv that did not work. They did replace the tv but then once we turned off the new tv, it wouldn't turn back on. So, they brought us a tv that looked like it was from the 1980's. Then the last day, there was a sulfer smell coming out of the bathroom and then the toliet wouldn't flush. I know you get what you paid for but i expected a little bit more than what we got. We will not stay here again when we visit Nashville!
