Had a great stay. There were issues with the toliet in our room and staff swiftly took care of it. Room was very clean in appearance but also smelled like it had been extremely cleaned when we entered. Would definitely stay here again.

So the experience was not what we expected... I wouldn't stay there again. When I booked the reservation, I chose the pay later option. Once at the hotel I used another card to pay for the stay, I looked at my bank accounts and the girl processed the payment on the wrong card. While I even double checked to insure she used the correct one. It took a whole day for the funds to be returned to my account. Now the bathroom door would get stuck, and it was tough to pull open. Well, then one time it wouldn't open at all and my boyfriend was stuck in there and was afraid he'd break it if he pulled much harder. I literally had to ram the door with my whole body to push it open. Definitely horrible!! I also chose to not put the "do not disturb" sign up in hopes they would replenish the towels and bed sheets, no one came in to restock or tidy up both the days we were there! Very upsetting, because I ran out of toilet paper and that should not happen in a hotel room! So all in all, it was not an experience I would like to have again!

Room smelled very musty. The air was so damp that when you got up from the bed, you felt wet. Kept waking up in the middle of the night from the horrible smell. Carpet felt damp also. The floor had not been mopped (pieces of food in the floor and dried up spills) and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Half of the parking lot was roped off so parking was an issue. If you want to enjoy your stay while in Nashville, this is not the place for you.

We stayed 3 days. Excellent room, facilities and staff.

We stayed at this location for two nights for a quick visit to the Nashville area after traveling to the Smoky Mountains. The check in went quickly with no issues, and the night staff was friendly enough. The hotel just completed a remodel and the room was spacious and newly painted, as was the hallways. There were plenty of outlets in the room. The only difficulty was in getting our luggage to the room. The elevator is very small and with the luggage cart was a tight squeeze with 3 people. Also the "hot tub" was luke warm with no real force behind the jets, the jets in the heated pool were warmer. While the hot tub is large it seems more like a children's wading pool that has been converted. The extended continental breakfast was great and never ran out of food. Overall the stay was good and met our needs. The hotel staff seemed a little stilted when speaking, more like English was not their first language, but this did not cause any undo issues and we were near an international airport so it is understandable. The hotel is located 15 minutes from Broadway and anywhere else really, took Uber to Downtown Nashville and the ride both ways was cheaper than parking, $16 round trip.

The hotel room was worn and dated. The flooring was chipped, the door to the room needed to be replaced because of the holes in it and the furniture was very old ( I don't mean it was antique). The staff was friendly enough.

I have to go to Nashville frequently. This hotel is reasonably priced and very convenient.

Nice place to stay. The hotel was under construction but it was relatively quiet. It will definitely be fantastic once the construction is over.

Would not recommend hotel to anyone. Staff were rude and hotel was dirty.

Clean cheap motel room. No complaints. Pool and heated jacuzzi. Basic but operable gym.

I have a photo of someone elses hair hanging from doorknob of bathroom. TV didnt work when we arrived and front desk was responsive and came and fixed right away. There were cigarette scorch marks on toilet seat. Bathroom was so dirty we opted not to shower. Water damage outside bathroom door had floor warped and lifting. Overall hotel is run down. I noticed that our door did not auto close- I thought that was a law?

location was ideal close to Chattanooga airport and room was very clean

I'm not going to pretend that this was 4-star, but it was definitely a good value. Downtown Nashville hotels were outrageously expensive, and this one was a much better value even factoring in cab rides. They also have a shared shuttle service to downtown Nashville that is about one third the price of a taxi, and it even can bring you back late at night. Pool and hot tub looked good but I didn't use them. Cleanliness was good, only thing I saw was some sloppy paint work and paint damage, but nothing dirty or gross. Bed was comfortable, I slept great. It was basic but it worked and wasn't dirty and saved me some dough.

A good overnight stop. Lots of restaurants to choose from in a close radius. Breakfast was not great but the from was very adequate.

Okay for quick stop before flight. Sketchy surroundings. Undergoing renovations.

Room was clean, pool and hot tub were clean and very comfortable even though it was 20 degrees outside. Staff was nice and helpful. The rate was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

We arrive early with small fee they check us in. Room was clean and fresh. Large tv and indoor pool made my kids day. We never stayed at super 8, but they earn our business as long as they maintain stander.

The room was clean and beds are comfortable. I have no complaints. I will say that this is an average hotel...nothing special to it, so it's good for a quick overnight stay if you plan on seeing the town or going to a concert etc. and just need a place to sleep. Good place for the price.

We weren't sure what to expect. We needed a dog friendly place to stay at a bargain price and at almost the last minute. We found it!! I have to say that we were very pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean and comfortable., the free breakfast was delicious and the staf was very nice and accommodating . We will be staying there again!!

Great way to get to airport & back on flights plus great service and place to stay .
