The room was dirty. The bathrooms were moldy. We were in a "suite" with a disgusting kitchen. The icemaker looked like it had never been cleaned. Breakfast was cereal and waffle machine, juice was out of order, no fruit.

Well, I guess it was budget priced for a reason. The only thing nice was the bricks and what looked like a new tar treatment on the parking. The paint needed to be redone and the paint on the doors looked like it had been painted in a hurry and weathered many storms. Pool was dry. Elevator was in horrible condition. Light bulb covers were all broken. Check in went fine though. I didn't feel like eating the breakfast as who knows what condition that was all in. Great location next to the higher end hotels close to the airport. We're it not for the location and staff, I would have given 1/2 a star. Somebody needs to wake up and take care of the place! If it was refurbished it would be a money maker.

Looked like door had been kicked in.Room had unpleasant odor.super outdated fridge and kitchen- Only upside was it was conveniently located and lucky I only had to stay one night- Spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.

Horrible check in staff was rude and did not know how do do their job stained carpet shower was black had a cheap extension cord going across the room to plug in the tv with the door would not close good very noisy

It's only 15 minutes away from the downtown area close to lots of restaurant and close to a lot of other areas in Nashville the hotel looks kind of old some of the rooms have old TVs some of them have flat screens but I'm sure if you ask the staff to sit you in a room with flat screens they will find you in that is available

Kitchen, living room, bedroom. Kitchen didn't have plates or pots and pans-- there was a notice saying that these were available from the front desk, but I would check. The Orbitz website said that airport shuttle service was available, but this is no longer true. The airport is close, so a taxi was cheap.

We use hotels often, I have never had to keep asking for room keys. Our room cards keep being deactivated and late at night going and getting new cards. If we didn't allow them to come in and service the room, our cards kept working. Very frustrating thing to deal with everyday we were there.

Rooms weren't the level of cleanliness I'd expect for the price. My key card had to be reprogrammed several times during my stay, which was super frustrating and a bit unnerving. The staff were nice enough, but not overly accommodating. The fact that there aren't any very close locations for food or drink was also inconvenient . Housekeeping did not stop by after my first night, nor was I given the option for extra towels.

Good place to stay for a one or two night getaway

Floor could use a vacuum; fixtures some bleach. Not too bad for the price but could have been so much better with a little work

the motel set up is nice. a kitchenette with micro wave. but i found a little cockroach on my tooth brush twice. when put feet in bathtub black water came from my feet. carpet must have been very dirty.

You get what you pay for. I made the mistake of booking a a room and not a non-smoking room. When I booked there was not any non smoking rooms available. Room smelled very strong of smoke and all of our bags smell of smoke even after we got home. When we arrived at 3:00 pm, room was not ready and we had to wait til 5:00 pm for it to be cleaned. We were told they only had 1 person to clean each floor. The young girl at check-in was friendly and did the best she could do. Hotel was totally booked and they could not get us a non smoking room after we complained about the smelled. Breakfast was typical, waffle machine, cereal, pastries, biscuits/gravy, coffee and juice. WiFi worked well. TV was old style and not flat screen, room needed complete re-model it looked like it had not been remodeled since it was built. The shower curtain didn't hang straight and water leaked from the shower it had been halfheartedly repaired. Location was excellent near airport and easy drive downtown. Price was a lot less than the nicer and newer hotels. If it was just me and I could get a non-smoking room I might stay again

we reserved a room for a king bed and were given two double beds. this is the second or third time this has happened.

They told me we had the lowest rate they had ever seen (80.00) for 1 night. Way too much for that place. Would have been really irate if it had been more!

We enjoyed our time at the hotel and yes we would go back

Not good at all I would not stay here again. The room was horrible but I guess for the price that's what I get! Don't stay here unless no other choice.

I only stayed here because online the rooms look at least normal for the price your paying but the carpet, couch, and a/c were horrible. My daughter and I have very bad allergies and I had to request to get moved to another room because the one we had smelled really bad like mildew and just a horrible smell. I will not be staying here in the future.

I was skeptical when I pulled up to the property, but the room was actually nice. Not perfect, but good value for the low rate I paid. The area seemed safe, property is just a bit run down on the exterior. Too bad because it's an okay room and conveniently located.

The hotel wasn't what i expected it to be. When we arrive at the hotel the carpet was wet due to the fact that the AC was leaking and it gave it a bad smell. Out of the two keys that we received only one was working and by the second day neither one was working!!!definitely will not be coming back to this place.

I have never seen a room so filthy, there was 2 rooms but no TVs in the rooms, the only TV was a tube TV in the living area, make sure you don't pick up the couch cushions, lots of crumbs and my Husband even found a guitar pick from the Grand Ole Opry..
