For my birthday, my wife and I went down to Nashville for a night just to get away. We booked this hotel, and when we arrived the hotel itself did not match the images they have posted online! We had to switch rooms three times due to broken air conditioners, hair coming out of the shower drains, stains on the beds and headboards, literally had chunks of the walls falling off. The service was horrid as well, they called my room and got very smart with me, being as disrespectfull as possible and then hanging up on me. I drove over 100 miles back home right after driving the full trip to Nashville because they would not refund my money after all these issues. Horrible service, horrible hotel, someone should really look into this place and get them shut down. Pathetic.
When waiting to check in, the clerk was rude to the woman in front of me. When it was our turn, we asked for shuttle service to the airport. She stated they had none, but she would make sure a cab was called for early the next morning. She did not call for the cab. No answer at the front desk when called. My husband is disabled and had to walk from the back of the property to the office. This is unacceptable and does not show professionalism or commitment to customers. Spider and dried bug parts inside sheets, tub needs to be replaced. Clerk gave wrong directions to the room, causing a second trip to the office. ROOM Numbering on the buildings are not correct. Bad sineage. We will not return to this property.
We booked our stay through a hotel website, and then I had called to add another night. When we checked in we were told that our room was all paid and we were set to check out on our original day. The day prior to checking out we received a call from the hotel manager saying that they didn’t charge us enough and we had to pay more or our belongings would be sitting outside our room for pick up. By the time we arrived back at the hotel our credit card had already been charged without authorization. After a few words with the manager she refused to do anything about the situation. The female hotel manager was so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! She had zero hospitality for anyone!! The pool was closed the whole time we were there and the breakfast was sub par! Every day we had to have our room keys reset and we couldn’t count on the manager to make sure our shuttle was picking us up to go downtime-something that needs done by front desk. Stay away, and pay the extra to stay somewhere else!
Scary. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. Paid for 2 nights ended up only staying one night. It's summer there pool has been closed for 2 days that I know. We got another hotel room down the street and chalked it up to booking too fast. The hotel room was dirty and we will not be back.
The hotel was dirty and unsafe. The room was outdated and the bathroom was unfinished. Several black hairs and stains were found throughout the room and in the sheets. The pool was unavailable due to maintenance and guests were not informed of this. Several Indian people appeared to be living in the hotel and were lingering around the hotel. Police presence were there a few nights. Guests were informed to always utilize all the locks on doors and that the hotel isn't responsible for any lost/stolen items. Staff was rude/argumentative and especially when made aware of complaints. Staff wouldn't answer the phone several times during visit and only answered when guests called from a private number. The people that appeared to live at the hotel ate all of the complimentary breakfast that was warm. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I was very disappointed. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE.
We booked the hotel reservation on line thinking it was a nice place to stay. But when we arrived it was tollaly different. Not like the pictures on line. Our room was filthy Dirty, The Floor didn’t even look like it was vacuum, couch had stain in it, the bathroom curtain was broke, The T.V. Didn’t even work, bed was hard & had hole in the blankets. If you have Children wouldn’t stay there with them. The rooms smell really bad even the non-smoking rooms. The pool was broken & not even open. Told the front desk about the rooms & they where rude & smelled. The breakfast was not even good.
We stayed at this hotel last weekend and the suite was DISGUSTING. Housekeeping left an empty liquor bottle by the tv, there was hair in the bathtub, the bedskirt had dark stains, huge stain on the comforter, one trash can had not been emptied. The room was damp and smelled faintly of mildew. Whoever stayed before us threw a blanket over the window and moved furniture and housekeeping did not organize it?? Obviously was not cleaned thoroughly. Also, the lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. She asked our last name and then put our key cards (which don't even work most of the time) on the counter and said nothing. She didn't tell us how to find our room or say anything at all until we asked her if that was it and she said "yep, that's it". We will not be staying here again
Run down and shabby and a bit noisy. However everything worked and breakfast was sufficient but not high quality. The whole place needs TLC and preferably total refurbishment. Nothing truly awful happened to us and it was quite cheap.
if you have booked to stay here RUN. cancel before arrival as they will not refund your money. I arrived and they did not even have my reservation that I booked this hotel in February. The rooms are unsuitable to sleep in. Staff is very dirty and smells of ashtray. after seeing the rooms we immediately checked out and went to another hotel. I will never stay here, as none of the amenities worked and the room was trash with dirty beds and everything. I am fighting to get my money back.
My son was visiting some friends at this Dump for his friend's birthday. The third shift desk clerk continuously walked past their door watching them like hawks. They went out on a package run and my son left his phone in the room. When he got back his IPhone was gone. He tracked it and it said that it was in the front office. The police were called out to the hotel the next day. My son tracked his phone again and the phone was pinged at two of the employees who are married house. All of the evidence has been turn over to the cops and I will post again after the police resolve this issue. But please do not stay here because they will still your personal belongings. This place is not fit for chickens to stay over night here. Hell they may even take those. If you do stay here please do not leave anything of value because the married couple will be on the prowl for your valuables. These people totally misrepresent Nashville and their good southern hospitality!
