As soon as I got in the room water started flooding the bathroom left the room informed the front desk had the stay canceled and left the property never to returned the whole property needs to be condemmed.

The room was filthy, the pool was not in use, it seemed like the staff didn't want to be there either.

The only thing Positive was staff named Loretta who attempted to make it a ok stay when wasn’t dealing with guest complaints . What DIDNT like was false advertisement. No hot continental breakfast except one waffle, phone didn’t work, plumbing in shower retained dirty water, water turned cold after 90 seconds, suspicious and scary looking individuals knocked at my door late at night on 3 different occasions I did not open, furniture and appliances out dated, tv automatically turned off after 45 minutes, there were no security cameras present and one guy walked up when was talking to front desk lady and said he just got out of prison for murder, location is far from poplulated shopping areas, inside closet counter looked as if it hadn’t been dusted since 1960 unless that was rat poop either way I didn’t use the closet and I did attempt to switch rooms but the others were worse. The misleading add doesn’t include a F on the BBB and a one star on yelp. Neither do they say they use to be the Marriott until they failed to many inspections. So disgusted with that experience and from now on I won’t trust orbits or their representatives because the lady I spoke to mentioned the hotel as being a good one so I went off the pictures and her advice that’s why I didn’t yelp the hotel and only found out after my first day. Super disappointed, will never stay there again and orbits needs to not recommended poor hotels such as this or else I will be forced to use Expedia, etc

The property it self looked great from the outside, location only 10 min away from airport and opry mills mall. The room was not very inviting. I found long black hair on the comforter, the floor looked dirty, ice holder had food left overs on the top, bed was way to soft.

Got in town about 2pm and they were very strict about 3pm check in. Even told them we had to go to a game at 3 and wouldnt be back until late. Would'nt budge. Got back at 1 am and doors were locked. Had to bang on door forever. Finally got key and went to our room. Key didn't work so had to repeat process again and of course had all our stuff since we couldn't check in earlier. Finally got in room and for the most part clean but everything in there is 30 to 40 years old maybe except the microwave. The smoke detector beeped all night about every five minutes but we just dealt with it. I mean the rate was cheap so i guess you get what you pay for but the whole experience wouldve been better if they would've just let us check in at 2 because they had rooms available

Then found the reservation and we had to go back to office for keys to other room and move. Car jacking in parking lot second night. No security cameras.

The sink leaked all over the floor. The tub drain was clogged and filled with water taking a shower. The carpet had a huge tear in it. Gross

I Loved the comfortable bed and relaxing shower. Its proximity to town was ideal and we had a great overnight experience.

It was very outdated & smelled funny. We didn't check in until 1:30 but they said no late checkout. Stairs only & didn't feel very safe.

As soon as we saw the room, we stepped right to the front desk to cancel. I would like to know how to get my money back because the man there did not even bother to give a note saying that we didn’t use the room, we drove away from it to another hotel.

I love coming to Nashville. But this time was not so pleasant. Called to confirm reservation & to let the front desk know that we were arriving really late... was hung up on. Upon arrival, entrance was locked & waited 15 mins outside with my kids... it was 1 am. In the room, ant trails everywhere. Beetles in the bathroom. At least there were no bed bugs. Rusty, leaky fridge. Stove looks like a fire hazard. Breakfast & area were completely disappointing. Staff was rude & stand-offish. They should not be in the hospitality business.

Air conditioning unit was broken shower curtain was broken tub drain was broken staff just opened the door the day we was supposed to check out at 900 am no pool parking lot was full of trash cheap motel but comfortable

Hotel was ok but could use some work....my room could use some minor improvement along with paint and better cleaning.

Room was filthy, sheets had holes and doors didn't shut and even found blood splattered on the wall. Not a good experience!

Ice machine broke for entire three days. Couldn't find my reservation and charged me more for a room that had missing closet doors and ciggerrette bit in floor. Then found the reservation and we had to go back to office for keys to other room and move. Car jacking in parking lot second night. No security cameras.
