Staff was really nice. Continental breakfast was good = had boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, milk, juice, bagels (no cream cheese) peanut butter, butter, jelly, apples, muffins (2 kinds), yogurt

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the Hotel. The staff was less than cordial. Staff complained about being short staffed and unable to get their work completed. We were there for 4 days and saw several staff out smoking for more than one hour several times in the am, so being short staffed is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. The stairwell was beyond clean (It appeared that someone got sick from the 3rd floor down) I let the front desk know on Tuesday when we arrive about it. When we checked out on Saturday the stairwell still had NOT been touched.

We were pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Great location, parking and freeway accessibility. The bed was comfortable however the carpet and floors were filthy. You have to wear water shoes or flip flops at all times.

Room was clean. I was on an end room by an outside door and stairs to second floor so I heard the door opening and closing throughout the night. Other than that, it was real nice.

Good location, nice grass for dogs, great staff. Rooms are micro small and using duck tape to hold the carpet down. Shower head was broken. Needs an update before I would return.

Good value. Basic but sufficient. Hotel staff are very attentive. Coffee in the morning.

The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was perfect: fresh fruit and bread items with hard boiled eggs, cereals, coffee and juices. Just the right amount to start the day. If you need to be a bit west of Nashville on I40, this is your place.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was nothing special, just continental, but it tasted good. The room was moderate in size and in good repair, although there were a few stains on the carpet and a little mildew in the grout of the bathtub. Not a lot of lights and the toilet paper was oddly far from the toilet, which might be a problem if you are short. The beds were comfortable and there was not much noise from the highway or the rooms next door. There was a window seat which could serve as a bed for someone small. Conveniently located right off I-40, but watch for the sign since it is up behind a shopping center. We stayed one night and it was fine.

We booked this room online and the pictures showed a nice outdoor pool. However, after arriving, the pool was never opened. The front desk informed us that the pump was broken and they were working on getting it fixed but had no estimate on when it would be completed. In nashville, on a weekend where the weather was over 90 degrees with an active 14 month old son, a pool would have been a lifesaver and we wouldn't have stayed at this hotel had we been informed it was inoperable.

My wife and 8-month old son and I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Bellevue. The staff was very courteous and quite friendly, and the room was very clean. The Pack 'N Play provided by the hotel fit perfect in the little closet for my son to sleep in, making it easy to walk around the bed despite it being there. And the bed was very comfortable. Despite having the room next to the lobby, it was still very quite. Would absolutely recommend this hotel again, especially anyone looking for a great value!

Nasty, moldy, dank smell throughout room. Bad lighting. AC plugins not readily available. Rusty spots all over bathroom door and main door frame. No counter surfaces in bathroom, so you have to put everything on the floor. Incredibly weak, pathetic water pressure in shower. Dark, mold-like spots on carpet at wall. AC / Heater unit thermostat does not work properly, so it's only on or off no matter what temp you set it to. Light fixture over desk not functional. No coffee maker in room. A staff member treated me like I was out of my mind when I informed her that the coffee in the free breakfast area was empty.

Room was pretty clean which is always my biggest concern, but for the money you don't get much value. Though room was clean, was a bit claustrophobic. Felt more like a dorm room or nice hostel room rather than a hotel. Walls are paper thin, you can hear phone conversations clearly, tho luckily everyone was pretty quiet during my stay. Breakfast very basic, bread, bagels, cereal fruit. No major complaints, met my basic needs but overpriced for what you get.

I would have been disappointed if I needed to spend any significant amount of time here but since I just stopped for a night on a road-trip, it was fine. I found a bug on the floor but that was the only cleanliness issue.

Good accommodations at a value price. The room was clean and as advertised.

Seemed clean enough, staff was nice. Difficult location to get to. Never saw it in day light, only there for 3 hours.

My room here was stinky..and the carpet was in need of a cleaning...There was blood on my blanket and it looked pretty new..meaning that the blanket from the previous stay was ours also...not cool at all!!!

The rooms were clean and tidy. The motel was busy but we were not disturbed by the sound of other guests. Continental breakfast was unspectacular but serviceable. I would add toaster waffles or English muffins to the mix. Staff was friendly, but they would also smoke just outside the back lobby door (which would leak smoke back in the lobby). However, the rooms were clean and though the beds were a bit stiff, they were comfortable enough. Decent value.

Lobby and exterior very nice, but for $85 you should have a bed that isn't rock hard, rooms that look like they are from the 80's, and peeling paint and worn down surfaces in the bathrooms. Additionally, the heating system cycles on and off every 20 seconds which will drive you crazy trying to sleep. No in room coffee maker either. This is a $40 room at best. KEEP LOOKING!

This hotel was in a great location for visiting family in Nashville, minutes to everywhere and right next to 40. The rooms are small, but it is called Microtel! I highly recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay with no frills.
