Room was old and needed updating. No outlets near bed I found that disappointing in today's market. Moved night stand to get at outlet and that had not been cleaned in many months. Room was very quiet so got a good nights sleep, bed was also comfortable. Front desk staff was great!!

Check in was very easy for 3 adults in a 2 double bed room. Was offered three keys by Rachel I believe on check in. The room was clean and the hotel provides many amenities included in hotel charge. As well as a small corner market for other food items, snacks and toiletries. Upon checking out we were running behind and the staff was nice enough to allow us to check out a little late. Overall great experience, friendly staff and a cheap place to stay while you see Nashville. Ubered ever day and the trip is only $7.00 - $11.00 to Broadway Strip.

Although the staff was friendly and did a good job of taking care of problems, the overall maintenance of the facilities was lacking.

Overpriced for the facilities. The carpets were dirty and no roll on bed was available so the third person had to sleep on the floor.

The hotel is not terrible but it was far from 'Nice'. It just seemed slightly unclean and older. The hotel didn't smell fresh. There was a wet unfresh odor. It wasn't unclean in a way that ran me out but just possibly needed some carpet cleaning or new carpet. Perhaps painting some areas. The dresser in the room had a large chunk of damage to the lower corner. It just doesn't seem to be well kept. The staff was very nice though.

Dirty from the parking lot to the entrance to the lobby to the reception desk. Nasty elevator, nasty hallways, nasty carpet, and bathroom wasn't thoroughly clean, By the way, I was greeted by a desk person that was not appropriately groomed (hair looked uncombed)...and I noticed this as a guy!

under booked room by 1 day (3 adults) went to front desk to get another day I was not flying out for another 24 hr) NO COMPASION, NO HELP . Basically, find your own room somewhere else NO HELP from the front desk locating a room at another La Q or any other hotel in the area, several were completely booked in the area found another about 7 miles away using AAA even the luggage cart was broke

The room was minimal, the breakfast was minimal, and the cleanliness was minimal for a LaQuinta. For the price and the name I expected more.

Room was very dirty. Staff was absolutely rude. I've stayed at la Quinta many times. Very disappointed

I booked through a third party and paid a deposit to reserve my room. Noted we may arrive late. We did arrive late and our room was given away. We got the last remaining room which was smoking and unclean. I will not go into details. The hostess at the front counter said that hotel policy was that if someone did not arrive before six rooms became a first come first serve basis. No apology. Called the third party booking company. Cancelled second night and and could not get out of the hotel fast enough.

Check in was fast and friendly. Several dinner options within 5 minutes. 10 min easy drive to airport. Bed comfy, room clean, iron and ac worked just fine. Some of the breakfast already available at 545am.

Good value. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was lacking, but had the basics.

I reserved the hotel for out of town family and I also got a room for myself. It was very clean, every one was friendly and it definitely met all of our needs.

Needs updating. Otherwise not too bad. Limited breakfast items but there were traveling sports teams going through and grabbing much more than their sharre.

They directed us to a car service to take us downtown, the pool was great, breakfast was so-so and wished they would keep it open a little later. Clean rooms.

Everything was wonderful! Staff did everything needed to make the stay great! Would use them again!

This was a short one night business trip but the hotel was good. The room was clean and roomy. The staff was very pleasant and provided an excellent dinner suggestion. One of the better "on-the-road" dinners I have enjoyed.

I liked the hotel staff friendly nice room I think The hotel is in a convenient location parking is easy too

I flew in to Nashville for the weekend. Location was easy to find. 4 mi. From Opryland. Easy access to the freeways and a slew of Dinner choices within a mile. Good value.

horrible experience! dangerous!
