My room had drain fly's. It had a microwave and mini fridge which is a nice addition

Nashville was one of my top favorite US cities because of it culture that can fit well with different family generations. I was on a road trip to move from TX to NY permanently for a new job, and we booked the hotels along the way, usually around 5pm everyday depending on how far we could make it that day. Booking on orbitz was super easy, price was competitive, all we did upon arrival was to get the key and go for bed.

Nice size room was clean for the most part. Had some small ants crawling on the dresser the first 2 days, think the damp weather might have brought them in. Overall stay was very nice. People at front desk were helpful and staff were friendly. All in all, a decent stay for the price.

The good: mattress comfortable, shower decent, staff agreed to change our room The bad: carpet old and dirt in the corners, not a nice neighborhood in spite of being 1.5 miles from downtown, no fitness room. The ugly: mold in the ceiling tile of the bathroom, water on floor behind toilet, sketchy guys outside fence 25 yards from our door. Don't stay here unless you want to do your own cleaning and take Ubers to where you want to go.

The bathroom floor was caving in. There was water coming out the floor when you stepped or used restroom. The staff were no where to be found. It was just a horrible experience

While the staff are nice here, the hotel overall needs work. In our room, the toilet would not flush and the air conditioner controls were broken. The carpet was also old and dirty. The front lobby where you check in is also kind of bleak - little decor and doors that didn't shut all the way. On a positive note, it is very close to downtown Nashville, and you can walk to Broadway from the hotel.

If you are not planning on staying long or lingering in your hotel room, this is a great bargin. The construction out front wasn't that bad. The room has been updated but the carpet needs to be replaced. It is very clean but the surroundings are a little scary. There was a homeless man sleeping not too far from my room in the parking lot next door. However, the parking lot is well lit. For a female traveling alone I would not recommend.

Our hotel room had an extremely dirty carpet, the sink was leaking so that the carpet was all wet and my bare feet actually got dirty after walking on it. Both double bed blankets had cigarettes burns, the bedspreads were covered with stains. You get what you pay for but cleanliness should be the number one priority

Really nothing wrong with the room. No bed bugs, tv was nice, microwave, coffee maker all worked. House keeping came once a day. Good hotel to stay in if you aren't spending a lot of time in the room. Pool area was also kept nice.

it is not downtown. The rooms were wore out and needed deep cleaning.people (transients) live here. It is that kind of hotel.

It was very dirty. Sheets were dirty from the previous guests. Towels were disgusting with feces and pubic hairs on them.

Was a nice pit stop in our journey. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

I like the outside updates, but the late check in is not amazing.

It was a good room to rent and get ready after working all night

Needs a big upgrade. Carpet dirty stained. Room could use some paint

I was given keys to a room that was already occupied. So I walked in on a person. That really made me worry about security. Later I was given another room that had a broken heater. I spent an hour trying to debug it and convince the management to transfer me. I ended up having to pack up all my things in the middle of the night to move to another room.

Very nice hotel!!!!! The hotel was located about a mile from downtown Nashville, so we didn't need to worry about getting transportation to visit the downtown area it was a nice walk. The only complaint was about 9am every day they stated working on hotel construction, which was on our floor. Overall it was a nice and safe place to stay.

You are paying for what youre getting cheap but that being said I would say that if youre on a budget this is a great place to be. The room it self is nothing special but if youre like me and not planning on being in the room much this is the perfect hotel for you. The room was very clean as was the bed. It has a brand new tv, microwave and fridge. This is about 2 mins from downtown. SAFE!!!! and it is next to a very popular church in Nashville. Yes it is a rundown place but I would recommend this for anyone who is on a budget and rather spend the money on experiencing Nashville than a fancy hotel.

When we arrived swat units were making arrests. Place has not been updated since 1979. Location is ghetto like. Do not go unless you are looking for drugs
