Knights Inn Nashville Downtown

This is an average hotell but it is nice to just have as a sleep over and it is in Walking distance to the center of Nashville and there fore it is a perfect choice. It is a Little bit ruff and old, but it even has an outdoor pool.

Very speedy and efficient check-in. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good (that is on Sunday, Monday was pretty sad). About a 20 to 30 minute walk to downtown area. Only problem we had with this hotel was the ongoing noise in the parking lot during the night. People shouting at each other, cars in front of your room revving, doors slamming etc. etc.

Shady location. You are better off staying closer to downtown so you can walk instead of Ubering and paying to stay safe. This hotel is very misleading, the lobby looks nice, has 4 MAC computers all updated but the rooms are a dump. Rooms are too small, not enough mirrors. No water pressure. Locks never worked the whole 4 nights we were there. The pool was just ok. Maintenance/housekeeping staff was nice and willing to help, they deserve a raise. The best part about the hotel is the taco truck in the parking lot next door. All the locals laughed when we said we were staying at the Knights Inn.

Me and my wife took a trip to Nashville for a couple of days to see the great music city, so we choose this hotel, because it was in our price range, we made reservations online and when we got to the hotel it looked nice from the outside, we try to check inn around 3:00, we knew what time check inn was we taught we could check inn a little bit early so we could go see the city, the guy at the front desk wouldn’t let us check inn he made us wait 30 mins, that was a bummer, he didn’t bother to even help us gave us no info about what to do in Downtown, he just said broadway, he said he was the manager didn’t get his name but he was wearing glasses, anyways we waited, when it was check inn time, we checked into our room it looked nice but the mold smell was terrible, we called the front desk 3 times no answer, we had no choice but to go up to the front desk, the guy at the front desk was sitting down while we was up there the phone rang a lot of times he would not answer he seemed like he didn’t care, we asked for a different room he said what is wrong with the room I gave you, we told him about the mold smell, he didn’t believe us after waiting 5 mins he said this room is good, we said ok went into the room when we went into the room we seen 3 roaches crawling around the phone, fridge we immediately left the room because we are not going to sleep in a room with roaches we went back to the front desk and ask for a refund the same guy would not give us our money he said we had a guarante reservation, we told him we are going to contact knights inn Corp and the health department, and we had pictures, he had the nerve to call us scammers the only scammers is the hotel, so at the end he gave us our money back with a mean face and he told us if we wanted a good hotel go to a up scale hotel, at the end we found a hotel that was nice and comfortable paid a little bit more but it was worth it never again I would stay at a knights inn I would rather sleep in my car at least i would be roach and my mold free, becarefull just because the hotel looked nice on the outside doesn’t mean the rooms are

Great value for price you pay, considering you get a hot breakfast in the morning. Convenient to downtown, 1 mile safe and easy walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful to this first time Nashville visitor! Thank you so much to Ahmed and John and especially Haroon, who helped me extend my stay on busy Memorial Day weekend! These guys are the reason I will return to this property :)

Aside from the sketchy area, this place was fine. We did not experience any of the bad issues that have been stated in other reviews. Staff was not overly talkative but I'm OK with that. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was also good. Only a few sketchy encounters with people but we learned to Uber everywhere quickly. If you can't afford anything else this place is just fine.

We booked this room last minute after an airbnb disaster for my two elderly parents. I was feeling a little bit leery of the location (next to a gas station and a freeway onramp. The lobby has been remodeled and is quite lovely. It looks like they are remodeling the rooms, too. My folks were given a ground floor room near the end of the building. It had not been remodeled yet, but looked clean and smelled only slightly stuffy. I left them, feeling a little nervous, but when I checked back on them the next day, they were quite happy. They said the room was comfortable and quiet and the free breakfast was quite good. Next night, we dropped them off later at night, and there was a security guard in the parking lot, who made sure they made it safely to their room. It's not fancy, but I would have no qualms booking here again. (side note, I got a little jealous when they raved about the great water pressure...we're from California, the land of low-flow showerheads!)

It's not The Ritz, but it's convenient to downtown and a great value. Staff, shout-outs to John and Ahmed especially, are always helpful and friendly. Burrito truck in gas station next door is cheap and awesome.

Hotel was clean. Inexpensive way to stay in Nashville. I recommend walking to the Honky Tonk Highway and getting lift or a taxi on the way back to the hotel. Nice walk by the stadium and a walk on the bridge over the Cumberland river was beautiful. Breakfast was decent.

We were amazed with the new lobby and breakfast bar.The lobby was better than a lot of high end hotels i have stayed at.Room was of exceptional standard and all the staff was considerate of our needs. We went for the Nashville Predators playoffs.Price was fair .
