came in late ~8pm and found that bed sheets are not changed. then call front desk and no one answered. went down and found out there was only one staff who is working and can not walk away. She has been nice and helpful giving us new sheets etc. we did sheet change ourselves.

We booked this hotel as it was close to family that we were visiting. One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was because in the amenity description, it stated there was a swimming pool and our young nieces and nephews could come to the hotel to swim. However, we were disappointed that this "swimming pool" was just an over-sized whirlpool, in which the young children could not swim in as planned. Another issue we had was that our room keys would not work every night of the four nights we stayed at the hotel, and had to go to the front desk each time to resolve the issue. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Also, the breakfast every morning was delicious and the dining area was kept very clean and was regularly maintained by the staff. The room itself was clean, the small fridge in the room worked well, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to highway 65 to Nashville, and is also in walking distance to Panera, Waffle House, Target, and other stores. Overall, it was a good experience at this hotel.

My wife and I stayed during a visit to Nashville and found the hotel be very pleasant. We booked through Orbitz and received a good rate and selected the Executive room which had a sitting area with a couch and separate TV. Everything was clean and comfortable and no problems during the stay. What I enjoyed as much as anything was that they served the complimentary breakfast as late as 12:30 which is so much longer than most other hotels do on the weekend and gave us plenty of time to sleep in. It is also located just off the interstate and directly next to a small shopping center that was useful. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here as an out place from Nashville. It was perfect. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great, and we could travel just down the street to beautiful Brentwood on our way to Nashville. We ate at Panera bread right by the hotel and shopped the local stores. Love it and will stay again.

We booked the hotel from 3rd party but everything went well. We decided to stay 1 more night at the end of third night. We talked to the ladies, they arranged everything so well. Nice place to stay. Good area aswell.

I had a pleasant experience and have stayed at this location several times

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

We had a king suite which was nice and very roomy. Bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast is decent and the staff is very accommodating. Was also able to get the room for a good rate through Orbitz.

We checked in and beware! I thought I booked the new one in Brentwood South. Upon check-in, this place was filthy. The eating area looked like it was never cleaned (and this was a late night check-in). There was nobody at the front desk but there was a note stating the receptionist had to step away to help another guest and she'd be back shortly. She came up to the desk, looked frazzled and reeked of cigarette smoke. We checked in, got up to the room and it smelled bad. There was oatmeal in the sink, toenail clippings on the floor etc...I called the front desk and she offered me a new room. Similar issues with that room. The mattress from the sofa bed was yellow. I complained to The front desk and they refused a full refund. Needless to say, we drove in for a few more hours and stayed at a much nicer, cleaner hotel where they upgraded us to a suite for free. Very disappointed with the Holiday Inn.

Staff nice, hotel near highway, options for breakfast, wish they had a pool however the spa was nice. Rm large and comfy but you only can choose whether you want a shower or tub, can't have both.

Good location, walking distance to a shopping area. Breakfast was excellent .

The room was extremely dark maybe so you wouldn't see how unkept it was. The bed skirts were both pulled out all over the floor & shredded along the edged. A lovely stain on my pillow case, dirty bathroom floor, mini fridge that emitted a high pitch noise all night and the heat unit that made draining noises all night. However all of that was not the worst- it was the fact at 10:30 pm we come back to the room on the basement floor & the exterior door to the hotel hallway - UNLOCKED. Anyone could just walk in off the street (which was close) right to our room. Not cool or safe. Never again.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting a doctor at Vanderbilt U. Only 20 minutes from Vanderbilt, but much less expensive than any decent hotel near the hospital! We will stay here again!

Great location in terms of close to the highway. Eating and shopping within walking distance. Amazing breakfast. Staff was nice and welcoming. Would recommend again.

This hotel was old and the attention to details was woefully lacking. We stayed 3 nights, and the room was not vacuumed once. The bathroom fixtures were old and in need of repair. The ceiling fan was coated with thick dust/dirt that was disgusting. We were put on the 2nd floor right in the middle of replacing carpet. We found a razor blade next to the elevator, and our 4 year old granddaughter very nearly stepped on it. We also stepped off the elevator right into a floor area that had glue on it, which a carpet worker had failed to cover up with padding. The furniture was old, one drawer in a chest was not able to be closed. The refrigerator was old, and a shelf was broken. Numerous other issues as well. Some of the staff were friendly, but when we complained they tried to pass the buck and blame someone else. The manager was unavailable most of the time. A simply terrible experience!!

We stay in Holiday Inn expresses quite often but this one was way below average! When we first arrived, I noticed that the handicapped room they gave us had many deficiencies - the bath floor was obviously not clean, no refrigerator in the spot it is usually (I always get a room with a refrigerator) lampshades were all askew missing screws & bulbs, sheets looked soiled. Worst of all my husband got a bug bite while sitting on the bed for just a few minutes! When we approached the front desk about a room change, she informed us that the hotel was sold out, as were the other 2 HiEx in the vicinity! The mgr was not there & didn't respond til the next morning. The 5,000 points they gave us as compensation for the bad room didn't make our bad experience any better.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Queen suite was perfect for a traveling family and the breakfast was a big plus.

We arrived late on Thursday and the man on duty was very nice, helpful and professional. That was important because we were very tired. The beds were very comfortable. My favorite part was the Breakfast. It was excellent! It really helped start our day off on a positive note! Thank you.

Location is easy to access and getting to Festival was fairly simple . Restaurants nearby, could even walk to them. Rooms are well kept ,only issue is the trains nearby and the noise of the other quests (doors closing and talking from halls) can be an issue. The breakfast is very good . Staff were very pleasant

I stayed over for one night to pick up my daughter from college. We stayed in Franklin before but decided to look for a hotel closer to Nashville and at a bit lower price. We got both. I have not had much time to check things out but the room was nice and the free breakfast met expectation. The location is good, very close to I-65. Maybe a bit too close but I was tired so nothing bothered me. I will stay again at this place.
