There was a particular gentleman working in the breakfast serving area who was extremely courteous and kind and made great efforts to see that everyone’s needs were met he deserves a high recognition

Hands down...the best customer service we've ever experienced! We had a very rough day, and the woman handling our registration came out from behind the desk to give me a BIG HUG! Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. We will absolutely stay there again, and we will recommend it to everyone we know!

I liked the fact that the suite was really nice & comfortable. My only dislike was the water wouldn’t stay in the tub while I was bathing. I reported it to the front desk & the clerk told me she would let maintenance know about the issue so they could resolve the issue.
