Hotel staff John is very very helpful and Kind. Shuttle bus service is nice but small, we need to wait for the 3rd round and late for the conference. The room service did not place enough soap, shampoo, shower cap, lotion for 4 of us.

Gave us a key to someone's room and all they could say was oopsie. And air didn't work properly in our room

Staff was very friendly. Our room wouldn't lock with out the key. Once we opened our door and took the key out the door automatically locked and wouldn't shut so we had to lock it but re-inserting the key and lock it that way. House keeping came by at 8am and woke us up multiple times. We didn't have a do not disturb sign so we couldn't hang it on the door. We could here a maid arguing with someone on her sale phone and it was a very loud argument with lots of colorful language. And th breakfast wasn't good either. The food tasted very old and stale

wanted a nice hotel was very disappointed room had a bad smell everything was dusty not happy at all

This hotel is in need of a complete remodeling. The baths are on severally outdated. Mold is in the shower grout

Worth it for the price. Breakfast was decent, but not over the top. Shuttle service available to downtown and back for $20. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were quiet enough. Would stay there again.

Clean room. No shuttle to downtown as expected. Free parking which is great. Our Room off the lobby was a little noisy but not bad. Walking distance to lots of food choices. Walking distance to the Gaylord.

Though the room was spacious & Rudy, everything was very wirn, outdated & had an idir. Staff was responsive. I would stick to a chain that has more standardized accommodations.

Hotel was okay, people at the front desk friendly except for the big guy with a goatee, kind of superior type, not a good communicator. Room okay, hotel close to the Opry and the cost okay for those of us on a budget.

Hotel had a mildew odor to it. We had a room on the third floor and the whole floor had an odor to it when you walked off the elevator. The room had a constant mildew smell to it. The hotel is older and dated. We had stayed at this hotel last year and it did not have this odor.

Older hotel, swimming pool area was in pretty bad shape ,smelt like mold in our room.

The hotel was conveniently located to the convention center that we needed to attend. However, the shuttle service was a huge challenge. One hotel employee was not pleasant at all when shuttling us back and forth. Only one shuttle was available that seated only 5 passengers besides the driver. There were many of us that needed to get to the convention center at the same time. The room we originally booked into smelled musty and there was water in the fridge, wet carpet surrounding the fridge. The second room we were transferred to smelled like moth balls. Bathrooms had mildew on the walls between the tiles - just a very tired hotel. Very disappointing!

Hotel was fair, smell really musty in hallways. Pool area was dumpy, needs some paint on the woodwork and new carpet. Hotel was full, the lounge should have been open! Location is great!

The staff was very helpful and polite. When directions were needed they were provided with a smile. All in all our stay was pleasant.

The hotel was nice. Everything just seemed dated like it hadn't been touched in twenty years.

The front desk personnel were very nice, polite and helpful (especially Justin). Check in was fast and efficient. The hotel was clean and everything in the restroom seemed to work correctly. After some of the hotels I have been in this is a vast improvement. Late on Saturday night we came in to the hotel with take out and forgot silverware. The front desk staff was kind enough to find silverware for us. Check out was also fast and efficient. Hotel is in a great location.

Staff was very nice room was dirty!! Especially the bathroom. There was hair in shower and on floor!!

Very good hotel close to the Grand Ol' Opry at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge was fun with the karioke (?). (Had a couple of fun-loving good singers present.)

Nice location but hotel needs updating. Room wasn't clean, old furniture, dingy bedding.

Why I stayed , room rate,breakfast/shuttle to opryland hotel. Others in the room want to stay elsewhere next year.
