Its not terrible for the price. The staff is friendly and was fairly quiet. We had to reclean the bathroom when we got there and it had an odd smell. Febreze covered it up. Comfortable enough considering low price and good location. Uber to downtown from here is around $15.

I reserved a room here for my family while they were in town visiting my wife and I. When they arrived, they were told that several guests extended their stays and the room reserved for mat parents is no longer available. The guy at the reception desk was quite rude in handling this information to them and very obviously did not care to do anything to help. After threatening to call corporate and orbitz to file a complaint, he offered a room but said that he couldn't guarantee if it was clean or not. They accepted the room and it had been cleaned... or so it seemed. When they went to bed that night, they started feeling bites on their skin and noticed dozens of small bites from bugs. The room had ants that had made their way into the bed. Again going to the front desk, they couldn't offer anything other than to spray the room and comp one night... which still has not been refunded. This hotel and particularly the staff there are horrible and I will never do business with them again.

Convenient location to downtown amenities, but had several issues during a 2 night stay. There was no shower curtain so I had to go ask for one. I also found it odd that even though the room had a stove and fridge, there was no silverware, plates or even a coffeemaker in the room. When my shower curtain was brought to me, I asked about a coffeemaker and was told that the associate would be back in 10 minutes with one, but after waiting an hour and a half, I went and bought one. Not great. To top it off, the next morning the bathtub wouldn't drain.. at all. The drain was so clogged that anyone trying to clean the bathtub would have HAD to be aware of the issue. I had to get a plunger from the front desk and spend a half-hour pulling filth, half a hairdo and even a hair net out of the drain before the tub would drain properly. This was obviously NOT a recent development, and I did not appreciate having to dig other people's hair wads out of the drain in order to use the bath. The bed itself was fairly new and nice, but the pillows were not great. There was only one nightstand, with an empty area where the other nightstand should have been which was also odd. Although the room was quite large and the price was pretty good for this area, I couldn't recommend this hotel to a friend.

Hotel needs some updates & rooms are ok at best, garbage was piled under 5 he stairs on the back side of the building.

It wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but it wasn't bad for what it was. I would, though, recommend that they get better comforters, because the ones they have does do the job. I was practically cold all nigh. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

A little sketchy environment. Thin walls--could hear neighbors talking. Just a place to sleep. Breakfast was very minimal. Not worth the room charge--$100 plus tax--at all.

I had the impression this motel line was a little more upscale than it turned out to be. It was mostly acceptable, but not overwhelming. Bathroom lacked a sufficient evacuation fan to prevent a lot of heat/steam buildup during a shower. Although designated as a non-smoking room, smelled a little smoky and had evidence of previous smoking (scorches on bathroom counter from laid cigarette) so maybe it's designation had recently been changed. What was advertised as a continental breakfast was quite a disappointment and was labeled in the lobby as "grab and go" breakfast. We didn't starve, but choices were very limited including no juice. Additionally, outside concrete and sidewalk were quite stained from various spills of who knows what, but looked a little like a gas station bathroom floor. on the positive side, landscaping was immaculate and the motel is located in a very nice part of town convenient to our needs during our stay.

Decent room but no ice machines or elevators and we were put on third floor exhausted after three trips hauling our stuff and I'm handicaped! Also no cups or utensils Room was fine but better for a longer stay than one night!

No hair dryer no coffee in room just bare bones. Not even a card that says how to contact the office. light and bugs come in under the door outside. Ants in the room. Smoke detector went off in the morning.

The maids never came and cleaned our room. So we didn't have any towels the next day. Room had a funny smell

awesome trip - Nashville, tn good trip - exciting trip

The linen were dirty and was told by the staff laundry was been done and would replace it but they never did. Then someone opened the door from outside at 1am in the morning!!!! Fortunately we had the security latch on and we screamed and they took off running luckily we were checking out in the morning....

Nice Hotel, Very friendly staff at the front desk. Could use more breakfast items but good place for the value.

I was not warned about the fact that this hotel was undergoing renovations when I booked it. I thought they were working on a few rooms when I got here, but it's been escalating as the week has progressed. There's a whole team of people here working on many rooms here. The noise yesterday from compressors and power tools made it impossible for me to work. The internet which I paid to upgrade (and is not worth the money - it made no difference in speed over the free lite internet). Yesterday I walked by some of the rooms that had punch lists taped to the windows, and "bed bug check" was on them among other things! Why is this hotel even opened when there's such extensive work going on here? The TV was out last evening, and today there's no internet. And yesterday I got a notice that the water will be turned off today from 9am to 1pm!!

Hotel clean and centrally located. Easy in and easy out. Close to nearby restaurants.

Nice clean hotel close to many restaurants. Centrally located for easy access to nearby amenities.

Overall, it was a good stay. Very quiet area. Rooms need to be remodeled and a more thorough cleaning needs to take place.

We arrived and were given our keys and went to the room and opened the door and either the room hadnt been cleaned or someone was already in it, bed unmade, trash everywhere, and towels on the floor. Went to the office and told the girl and she said oh they must not have cleaned it when they said they had. No apology nothing. The halls and stairways were full of trash and stained by liquids if some kind. Absolutely horrible!!!! Will never even stay at that chain again!!!!!

The place is very old and not very clean. The beds were comfortable, but the linens were stained. There was about 2 inches of oil/grease in the oven burner drip pans and the outside of the refrigerator was very dirty. There is only room service every 7 days. You have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk every day to get clean ones. The pictures online show a pool, but it is located across the street of a 4 lane busy street to the other hotel. The best thing about the hotel was the coffee in the morning!!!

No So Good. Hotel in a transition and updating phase according to manager.

Ken, thank you for your candid comments. Please accept our apologies for the less than positive experience you had with our front desk associates and for the issues you encountered in your room. We have customer service training in place for our associates so we are sorry this situation was not handled appropriately. I have alerted the Front Desk Manager and shared your concerns so this does not happen again. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance to demonstrate the excellent service we strive to provide. Sincerely, General Manager
