Room smelled bad, spiders on the walls, bathtub was dirty.

Uncomfortable mattress and terrible "breakfast bar"

With the exception of a staff person named Cloe the staff were unfriendly and would accommodate. I arrived at 2:40 and they did want to give me a room. The parking lot was empty and it was obvious there were plenty of vacancies at the time. Plenty more to stay but I'm tired from the trip.

I booked this room online, specifically for the 3 people traveling in order to have 2 beds. I arrived around 1:30 and was instructed that I could not check-in until 3:00 PM. Ok, not a problem. Returned around 4:30 and was instructed to wait another 30 minutes since our room was not cleaned yet. We waited in the car for this time and then received our keys. The room had one bed... perfect for 3 adults. I called the lobby and was instructed that we would have to sleep on the pull out couch, despite my choice for choosing this hotel for TWO BEDS. Because really, WHAT PULL OUT BED IS COMFORTABLE??!! If i didn't mind a pull out bed, then i would have chosen the cheaper room with one bed. Then, later that evening we arrived back to our room ready to sleep. Open the pull out bed ---- NO SHEETS. Call the front lobby again, and 20 minutes later sheets are dropped off in a garbage bag and the staff member left. Guess we are making our own bed as well tonight. No blanket. Just a flat sheet and cover of sorts. I chose to pay more for two beds, which i didn't get. To add to it, the "3rd bed" we had to make ourselves. In addition, a "Continental breakfast" is more than a coffee dispenser and a rack of granola bars. This was our first night in Nashville. Not a good start. We thankfully left this hotel the next morning.

Well, our check in associate, India, was super friendly and inviting. However, the room around back and up the stairs was not. The lighting to the parking lot gave a "sketch" feel. I could not read the numbers by the doors having to get out of my car in wet conditions. We were told "although your room in on the 2nd floor, it is at the top of stairs", I wadded through water to get from the parking lot to the stairs. The trash at the bottom of the stairs was overflowing. As we entered the room, we couldn't find a light switch but saw a lamp near to turn on except the bulb was missing. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the room. There was a large hard shell bug on the bathroom floor easy enough to pick up and flush but not pleasant. As for the bed, it had the smell of the room and the sheet felt a little damp from the humid weather. We were so tired from operating on only 2 1/2 hours that day that we sleep in spite of it all.

Was a short distance away from the venue for the CMA's and a whole lot less expensive.

Reserved two rooms for weeklong family vacation. Rooms were supposed to be close but not adjacent, but wound up with rooms in two different buildings at farthest ends of complex. Had called ahead twice to confirm accommodations and our late check in. There was no map to show us where rooms were located prior to check in and then we were given directions to only one of them and had to search for second room. Kitchenette was key reason I booked this location but there were no dishes or cookware in either room for 2 days after repeated calls and visits to office requesting them. One staff member said she would personally see that we got cookware etc., but when arrived back that evening to cook dinner, still none there. Had to fill out forms several times requesting same items and talk to day and night staff and a manager to get what should have been in the room on check in. Had to eat out more than planned because could not prepare food brought to cook for two days. A few bugs and spiders in rooms and a few very loud neighbors after midnight did not improve the experience. Past cancellation for refund or would have left. Staff friendly, but seemed short handed to do jobs effectively.

I went to that hotel to attend doctoral residency at Phoenix University. I met some very friendly staff that made my stay a little easier. I had a great experience overall and would recommend that hotel for business.

We were first given a room that had no furniture such as a chair and/or table, night tables or a stool to go to the built-in breakfast nook. I guess we were suppose to sit on the bed and everything else was to be on the floor. My second complaint was this room smelled of cat urine. The final straw was the roach found dead on the floor (I guess that's better then living) but the ants were alive. We were able to get our room changed, which was an improvement in the furniture and smell, but still we had ants. This is a bare bones hotel. Coffee maker had to be requested, and we had to provide our own filters and coffee. The room is not cleaned daily either.

The room I got smelled like a smoking cigarette machine(Although it was a non smoking) Housekeeping was at additional charges. Everything was old. And there was coca roaches on the stove and inside the fridge ! Fruit flies seemed to be living in there . The sidewalk would have been more comfortable than the spring of the bed stabbing your back. Don't get fooled by what it looks like from the outside. Wait til you get inside .

This property was just barely tolerable. I found O's price to be about $20 higher than that quoted by the hotel. This property is dirty, not well maintained and with an unresponsive staff who did not follow through on my complaints. I do not think I will trust this travel brand or O's pricing again. This hotel may be beyond saving.

Don't stay at this place the nastiest ever. #DEAD.

It was good for a nights sleep but that was it. My room needed a good cleaning. The location is great.

Pretty disheveled looking, not much of a 'residence' inn at all. Basically motel rooms with the barest of amenities (a couple dishes, cups and forks).

Late checkin. Room was available but obviously hadn't been readied for occupation. Lights didn't work, stove dismantled, broken door lock..... Too late to move but the next morning I talked to desk clerk and they called me as soon as another room was cleaned. It was great. Walkin closets, nice LG tv, good size fridge/freezer. That was more like it! Great deal for low rate. Waffle House nearby and located next to Interstate. Easy access to many restaurants.. Lots of hot water. My daughter used lots of it!

Excellent location and for 50 bucks I could not complain. Although while checking in, no less than 3 hotel guests came in to complain about cigarette smell stink. My room did not stink, but you can tell it is well worn......they should take credit card to bill the idiots that smoke and trash rooms

This location was in a great location! It was 5 minutes away from The Opry Mall, which I loved. The rooms were average, but for the price it was what I paid for. It was quiet and the house keeping service was adequate. I would stay here again.

went to find a plate and found a cockroach running around cupboard. floor boards between beds were sinking in. thought i was going to meet the neighbors below us.

There were Hair all over the room, told the front desk, no attempt made by them to rectify the problem. Sub Standard property. Will never stay there again.

While I wish I was of the means to stay at a Ritz-Carlton, well... I'm not. I love the value of this place. The bed was uncomfortable and they don't provide daily room cleaning, but the kitchenette was a great feature.

Joe, thank you for your evaluation. We are sorry we failed to provide you the clean and comfortable room that you deserved. We take the cleanliness of our rooms very seriously, and steps are already underway within our housekeeping department to ensure all our procedures are being followed. We can absolutely do better, and we hope you give us the opportunity in the future to prove that to you. Sincerely, General Manager
