Mold on the bathroom ceiling, water wouldn't shut off in shower,no fan for venting, lots of gnats, stingy with towels with 3 women in the room. They would only give us 1 a piece. We needed 1 for our long hair after showering and 1 to dry off with. The staff was awesome though, very friendly and extremely helpful.

Great location easy to get in and out.Close to a lot of resteraunts.Would stay there again.

I thought the hotel would be closer to Opryland convention center than what was stated. It was stated at .3 miles and it was actually .8 miles. From the outside it looks okay, but the rooms need work.

It was in nice walking distance to the convention site had a lot of places to eat around the hotel.

There was mold in the shower, dust behind the tv,the towel rack was torn off in the bathroom. The room was a mess,I wanted a refund but they would not give it to me.

Entire hotel floor was smelling like smoking lobby. Had my kid with me and was not a pleasant experience

Close to Opry and has a shuttle to the Downtown action.

The hotel smelled really bad there was mold I even switched my room and still got the same thing. This property is well below Wyndham's standards.

Very rundown, not very clean, only breads for breakfast and yogurt, pool unusable with very cloudy water, mold around camode in the room, hallways very hot, no secure latch on door. It seemed there were not enough employees to keep up with tasks. I wont stay again at this location.

First I must say that the front desk receptionist was outstanding even dealing with a terrible hand. Very professional in his dealing with my issues. He did what he could but it was not enough. He was the only shining star concerning this hotel. Got into the room and we could literally not breathe from the stench of what to me was cat urine. Overpowering to say the least. Called the front desk and we got an immediate response in the form of the receptionist coming to spray the room with concentrated pineapple air freshener. I love the smell of pineapple, however, mixed in with cat urine scent it is definitely not a winning combination. Asked to change rooms and all that he had was a single room with a queen/double and he brought in a roll away. We made it through the night and I cancelled the next night because I was not a happy customer. Worst hotel experience in my 51 years on this planet and I traveled the world as a military man and then even more after I retired as a contractor. Do NOT do it, spend $40 or more for peace of mind.

Good location but the room was filthy. The shower had mold and the floors were dirty. The room windows were thin and you could hear the outdoor activities too well.

Needs a little renovation, room was dirty and had a broken window

Hotel staff was friendly. But the state the hotel was in was just terrible. Not only did the room smell, the carpet was dirty and made your feet black if you walked on it barefoot. Went down for the free "breakfast" and was greeted with cereal and bagels and muffins...that's it. No eggs, no sausage no real breakfast. the only good thing about the hotel is how close to Opryland and the mall you are, also the little bar and grill John A's that's down the road. Other than that the hotel was not somewhere I'd stay ever again.

Hotel was under renovations when I stayed but they did a great job at making it a non issue. Everyone was super nice. The breakfast options were good basics. They kept it clean and stocked, everything was fresh. There was an empty soda bottle under my bed from a previous guest but as my only complaint, I would defined stay there again. The bed was super comfortable too.

While we understand the hotel is under reconstruction, the level of cleanliness in the hotel room was not what we expected. I moved a nightstand to access an outlet and was horrified by the dirt behind it. This was true throughout the room. The water temperature fluctuated terribly while showering. The faucet in one of the rooms wiggled when turned on. One of the towels had a scary stain on it that appeared to be fresh. We tried our best to stay positive and get through the stay.

Ignorant staff at front desk, dirty outdated rooms.pay a little more and stay at a NICE motel.

Not a very clean place to stay. Smelled like smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room.

I found the room clean with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The continental breakfast was small. The halls were not the cleanest. The front desk staff wall less than curteous at times. The location is great. For the money it was a good value.

The room was old and rusty. Smelled like an ashtray. Actually had to breathe with my face covered. Will never stay at this hotel.

nice trip clean rooms close to downtown with a shuttle which makes it even better
