Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful

I had a two night reservation. It was all I could do to stay the one night. I didn't want to touch anything.

Where to start? Very dirty, dusty and cobwebs throughout the room. No drain cover in shower and mold growing as well. At night, bugs started to appear, but NOT bed bugs. Beds were fairly clean but were very hard. Terrible neck and back pain after a night's sleep. Not cleaned very well at all.

GOOD STAY NO COMPLAINTS NICE QUIET CLEAN ROOM. NICE STAFF0

We were told that there was a shuttle to the airport- NO shuttle. Got to the hotel, our guest was not able to get the room, because my name was on it even though I told them to her name on the room when I booked. Then they tried to give them 1 bed even though I booked 2 beds.

It was terrible. It smelled awful. There were prostitites behind the building. The staff were terribly unhelpful. They put me in a smoking room when I asked not to be. They were ride and the premises were rundown. Garbage was outside of my room. It was not safe, clean or even a good deal. It was a roach motel.

Stayed here in January. It was okay. This stay was a different story. First off, I was in an area that REEKED of marijuana smoke CONSTANTLY. But here is the kicker. I returned home from my evening activities to a CRIME SCENE. Yes a crime scene. They had a section roped off. Nashville Metro Police. Now of course I asked questions and things and the cops couldnt tell me much. I asked id anyone was DEAD and they says No. It was an isolated incident and no one got hurt. Then saw evidence markers on the ground. My guesstimation? A domestic violence incident in which shots were fired. Didn't see any hotel staff in sign. bottom line, I know things happen but they should ensure the safety of their guests. Next day, It was right at 11am at check out and a RUDE hotel employee beat on my door SO LOUDLY. That wasnt cool at all. Even though this hotel was cheap... I still expected 5 star respect.

The bathroom door was broken and so was the sink but the bed was comfortable

I've been traveling the past 2 weeks from San Diego, Dallas, and Nashville. This Days Inn is just a mockery of Days Inn brand.

When we drove up and saw the setting of the hotel, we were very pleased! It was beautiful. We were also impressed with the setup of the hotel - all rooms can be accessed as though they are 'ground-floor'. In the room, we were disappointed because only 2 out of 5 of the lights in the room worked (not counting the bathroom), the remote did not work, and there were stains under the mat in the bathtub which appeared to be thrown in there haphazardly. The wi-fi was worthless to us. Well, we got a good discount, so, was it worth the money? It was okay for what we paid, but if we were paying the regular rate, I would have been a lot more disappointed.

We waited until the last minute to try to get a hotel in Nashville during a weekend where there was a lot going on---festivals, a football game, college move-in, etc...this was the only place we could find still available for under $250.

There for Goodguys car show in Nashville hotel accommodated what we need for our short stay.

Hotel was dirty and the owners/staff yelled at my daughter-very unfriendly and dirty place- not worthy of the franchise name. I cant say more how unsatisfactory this place was without resorting to their coarse way of talking AT people. Wouldnt stay there again for free.

My parents said that they would stay again if they were in Nashville. My father is handicapped and the room was just what he needed to get some sleep. Thank you.

scary hotel is located where the room in poor condition. just use the hotel because it was near the airport but for the next so I will not consider.

This hotel is the worst place we have EVER stayed. It was FILTHY DIRTY. The paint and walls in the bathroom were peeling off. The sink faucet was falling off. We had to move to a different room because the people in the room next to us were so loud and there was no sound barrier! Our room key card kept failing. Cigarette burn holes in the blankets. Our NON SMOKING room smelled like smoke. This is not a hotel...it's a total DUMP!!!

I had to wait about 50 minutes before checking in. Staff was busy or gone and so I had to wait.

First off, the hotel location is tricky to find, since the building is set way back from the main road and not easy to see. The neighborhood is clearly industrial in nature but fairly quiet. The facility itself is very old and run down probably that's why a new Days Inn was nearing construction completion just a hundred yards away. The room was spacious, clean and quite adequate for our one nite stay, but I would not want to spend a week there.

Just a place to lay my head down. quiet and bed was comfortable.

Stopped here for a one night stay in Nashville. Everything was average about this motel, except it did have a bath/jacuzzi inside the room.
