Booked this hotel through orbitz - it seemed like a decent deal and I figured we wouldn't be in our hotel for long anyways. When we pulled up- it looked like the projects! We got our room key and opened the door to see that we had a dirty stained mattress... no sheets. The tv was on, there was no shower curtains or anything in the bathroom! Drug dealers and other families live there. It literally looked like someone did drugs and then fled the room! It just didn't look safe for two females to stay there. We literally walked right back down to the front desk and cancelled our reservation- but unfortunately we had to cancel it through our third party, orbitz- where a representative had to actually call the front desk to authorize it being cancelled! I had to wait for two days to get a hold of someone at the front desk because there was never a representative around. They are only there from 11-7. I had to go back in to the hotel (we stayed at a holiday inn down the street ) and ask the hotel person to stay put so orbitz could call. After a stressful few days I got my money back but this was just a terrible thing to deal with.

Toilet gross sheets weren't fresh and I had to buy my own soap and toilet paper

I checked in around 10pm the front desk staff was very friendly. When i got to my room and looked around there was no tv. I went back down staits and got another room when i got in there it was bugs and no towels or wash clothes. I had to ho back down stsirs which there elevator is extremly hot inside. On my way back up there was staff being rude making jokes about the front desk employee which when i talk with him told me had a stroke. They where making handicap jokes that was very inappropiate.

Kept getting moved because the rooms smelled like smoke and pee. Staff kept getting upset with me, totally not worth the money

The linoleum in the kitchen was so dirty that when I spilled some tea and wiped it up with a paper towel, where I had wiped was a massive difference! You could tell that it hadn't been mopped in a VERY long time! There was a bright shiny spot in the middle of the floor! This wasn't hard to get off stuff, it came off with gently wiping with a wet paper towel. The kitchen also came with no silverware, dishware or cookware as promoted and I had to go out and buy my own. Which honestly by judging by the cleanliness of my room, I actually preferred. There were many more issues to write about, but I'll end with how I was approached by a man asking how much I charged. He actually thought I was a prostitute! Now I knew it wasn't the baggy t-shirt and jeans I was wearing.... so when I asked why he would think that, he simply stated that I was at that hotel and standing outside of my door. I had went outside to smoke due to being given a non smoking room even though I booked a smoking online. He was so casual with saying it was because of the hotel I was at. I actually checked out that day even though I was going to stay longer. All I'm saying is that if your in town and needing an extended stay, then it's defiantly worth your money to get a better place and not have to worry about your safety. You get what you pay for and I learned my lesson!

I booked a non smoking room but was stuck with a smoking room, the hotel in general was dirty, the room was as well. Really didn't feel safe there.

Nice facility in a sketchy area. Worth the money, nice amenities

I caught a bad case of bed bugs within 24 hours of my stay. I'm ate up pretty bad. I had to throw away my slippers, house coat, and blanket. I've had to spend extra money as far as testing my suitcase & other things that I can't immediately throw away.

After visiting some *bad* hotels for low prices, I was cautiously optimistic about this one. It was mostly a positive experience. It had a comfortable bed, decent tv, fridge, stove, and those sorts of amenities. The reason why I said mostly a positive experience though, is because first, the wi-fi was a bit spotty, though it generally got the job done. Also, someone apparently got tools stolen out of the back of their truck the first night I stayed there, so I suppose it's not the safest part of town in that respect. However, I did not have anything stolen personally. Overall, it was a good experience and I may go back again!

The stay was terrible. I booked two rooms for a family gathering and both rooms were infested with bugs all over the place. I had to switch rooms and to top things off my credit card was charged twice.

I didnt appreciate the fact that I paid $65 to stay in a room I had to constantly kill bugs in

The rooms were infested with stink bugs. Housekeeping didn't clean while I was there. The service was poor.

location in bad area of town, room was dirty and dimly lit by one bare lightbulb. Bathroom toilet did not work. I was awakened at 4:00 AM by screaming, turned my light on to find room covered in bugs. Needles to say not a 2 star hotel as advertized by Obtz. This is poor reflection on Obtz as well since they keep advertising the place!

had guests a few rooms down that were in an argument all night with one locked out and beating on the door, staff would not do anything.

The worse hotel that I have experienced. The room had stink bugs in bathroom, showers only, and was given a regular bed at double regular price.

A basic hotel stay with some issues. Our non-smoking room had a dead cigarette in the kitchenette sink and the room had an odor of smoking. The public areas/stairways were not kept clean as garbage cans were overflowing and were never emptied over the 4 days we were there. By the 4th day, garbage was all over the ground. The staff was friendly and nice though, and the location is tucked away, surrounded by stands of trees lending itself to being a safe location. Location was this hotel's best feature.

At first, while finding the hotel I went slightly too far. This led me into a darker part of town. I immediately thought to myself that I was about to have to go find another hotel. Finally, I found it. Although very close to a "shady" part of town, it's location seemed safe and reassuring. I stayed with two girlfriends and we never felt uncomfortable. The staff was friendly for the most part. The room was great for the price paid. I had only one complaint. THE SMELL in the room was horrible. After a while, you forgot about it, but until then it was pretty gross. It almost smelled like wet carpet or clothes that you washed but forgot to dry? I'm sure with some carpet freshener that the hotel would have been perfect though.

Pros: SUPER FRIENDLY staffs. Very very helpful. Close to the BNA airport. Cons: Bed not super comfortable. Outside and next-door noises enters room easily. It is a two-star hotel. You get what you pay for.

Nice and comfortable rooms. The bed was good and the room was clean. It has a kitchen with utensils if you want to cook. Also had a fridge and a microwave. Cable had Showtime/Showtime2 with good movies. No complimentary breakfast though. Overall a good stay.

When I arrived. I was put into a smoking room. No big deal. When I went to the room. They were doing work on the inside of the room. Went back to the office. Told them about the work. They said that room was not on the list for work. Then I was put into a non smoking room. Was told that I did not have to pay anything more. I think the 1 female there was the manager. She was not to happy about that. Since that I was staying less then a week. If I wanted new towels. I had to take the used 1's back to the office. Will not be staying at a hotel like that again. I will even drive afew mile's away at a better hotel. Plus the office was closed from 11 pm until 7 am.
