Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Good breakfast included. We were right across from ice machine. Very noisy. Sofa sleeper was up against heater so we couldn't pull out.

Staff at desk very friendly. Nice to have cookies and fruit available. They could use some towel racks in bathrooms.

Only stayed about 8 hours and would have appreciated a day rate. Price to value perception was slightly less than average.

The staff allowed us to check in early which was nice. The room was clean but beat up. The carpet, walls, doors in our room and common areas were all beat up. The pool is outdoors & dirty. It's a $12 uber XL ride to the Opry, so if none of the above bothers you and you just want a clean room close to the Opry then it's fine.

This motel is a just okay place to sleep and get ready to go the next day. It appears to be like the majority of properties in the area stale and tired. The location is near Opryland and a 15 minute drive from downtown Nashville. We will stay in the city for our next visit.

Good hotel, nothing fancy, room was close to vending machine, a bit noisy

very comfortable. advertising on line led me to believe I was near downtown Broadway bars but tnat was not the case. my responsibility to do more research. the proximity to Grand Ole Opry was good however.

Although the hotel was homey, the man we dealt with the night we checked in was rude. He was snotty, and gave off a bad vibe. The room was fairly clean, but very small. We only stopped for a break off driving, but I won't be returning to this hotel again. Oh, and on the bright side the women who checked us out was very bubbly and friendly! Too bad the first man we dealt with ruined it.

this was just a stop over but the location was great and the staff was very help the room was average but the staff made up for anything below great.

When we arrived at Nashville airport, we called the courtesy number. We were informed that there was no airport shuttle from that location, only the one by the airport. If there is a shuttle from that location, why couldn't it be shared? The taxi rides were $25 each way. Was not expecting this added expense.

Love the way I don't have to apologize for my children or be charged extra. The outdoor pool was decent for family fun and pool towels were provided. Close to a few restaurants and everyone found something they liked on the free continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was above our expectations. Staff very friendly, hotel very clean, breakfast was above average and location of hotel is perfect if you want to do a lot of things in music valley area. We would definitely stay there again on another trip to Nashville.

great hotel at a great price in a very good location near opryland.

We were a little hesitant because of average reviews from other reviews here and other sites But we gambled and reserved because most of this chain have been new and clean. We felt this hotel was clean, bed was nice, sheets nice and bed comfortable. But you could tell the hotel must be well used. There was a crack in our sink, the wall holding the shower curtain had 3 sets of holes, the flap on the air conditioner was broken and removed - just little things like that told us this is an older one of the chain. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good one morning but pretty bad the next. Very mushy oatmeal, and cold flat eggs. The scrambled eggs the 1st day and sausage were very good.

Great location, nice hotel, and clean rooms. Its only a short walk to Opryland and the breakfast that was served at the hotel was great.

I travel for my job and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, great staff and room and great breakfast.. Would definately stay again..

Hotel was clean, comfortable with a great location and staff!!

People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful Rooms were just what I would expect, lots of pillows which were nice. About a 10 minute fast walk to the Gaylord, little scary coming back at night in the dark. No shuttle from this hotel, but less expensive than the hotel next door which did seem to have a shuttle.

The hotel was good in the fact that it was centrally located to all of the attractions that we wanted to see. The room was fairly clean, but the hotel showed some damage and need for repair. The bathroom tile was coming up off of the floor and the shower head was loose at the wall. Everytime someone else would use the bathroom it sounded like they were in yours.

Had a good time, helpful staff
