Front desk clerk seemed to have no clue there was a line of 4 people waiting to check in. Kept talking to an older couple about Nashville's hockey history and a host of others while others in line were getting anxious and making comments like, "How much longer do you think we'll be?" I was on 3rd floor in back of hotel. You enter the room off of a walkway to the outside. My door looked liked it had previously been pried open with a crow bar. Therefore, light shined in through the big gap in the door way all night. Room was pretty gross. Outlets had dust all around them. There was a coffee pot but no cup, coffee, creamer, etc. Room lighting was dark. Rugs looked very old. There is a washer and dryer (aka laundry room) in the hallway outside of the 3rd floor elevator door. The door leading to the outside did not close therefore the security reader was of no use. Anyone could enter from the outside. Morning breakfast staff looked dirty and ill-prepared. Coffee came out of an automated machine. Creamer was a powder unless you wanted a flavored creamer with dried up white gunk all around the spout.

Convenient to I-40 and short drive to town, but I wouldn't stay here if I wanted to experience the city. This is a motel with outside doors, but was very quiet the night I stayed. Clean and functional, no frills.

An older hotel, but my main complaint was that the mattress was way too soft. Sharing the bed with my wife, there was a tendency to roll towards the middle. Sleeping on my side, I had to choose between angling up, or angling down. ALSO, the breakfast buffet was substandard. Muffins and bagels tastes old and dry. No hot eggs, or sausage, or bacon - just cold hard boiled eggs

Rooms very cramped. Cot was not available as advertised

Staff is awesome. Free breakfast and pet friendly.

Only room available was smoking room bad smell for non smokers

The stay was good room service was nice and cleaned the good during our stay. It was close to the city only cost 10$ to take Uber to the city . The price was right also for us the breakfast was ok was basic but hit the spot. The only thing that went wrong was the young blonde guy who works the desk when I asked a question about changing rooms cause the ac was really loud he rolled his eyes and mad a weird face cause I asked a question. That's the only reason why I did not get it a better score.

Older motel that is generally clean and a good value for the nightly rate.

Rug needed shampooing or replacing. I was in room 114 . Bathroom wall vent was woefully dusty. Upon moving nightstand on both sides of bed, area needed vacuuming. Upon checkout, clerk never asked if my stay was satisfactory . Took pics and vowed never to stay there again.

I've stayed here several times. Good hotel, staff aren't always quick at check-in but for the most part they are friendly. Nothing fancy, but great value.

The Motel is close to the Airport as well as all that is happening in the Capital Area. Everything is about music and Opry Land is within 5 minutes.

Outside hallway, thin walls, air gap around door so light and breeze all night. Chemical smell to sheets, rough towels, and noisy toilet. The room was clean, but otherwise a tired and unsatisfying experience. I've stayed in Baymont Inns before that were very modern, even nice. This one was not.

Was told there was a shuttle to the airport and there wasn't! It was an added expense to get a taxi that we had not counted on. The rooms were ok, base boards were dirty, and in between furniture was not vacuumed

Took a quick trip and was a great location and quiet area.

Great rates, quiet, clean, heat/air worked great, water pressure was amazing in the shower.

Have stayed here on several occasions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again for the price.

It was a great stay, the staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was the bed was a tad too springy and not as comfortable as it could have been, but love staying where customer service is important and a guest isn't treated as another customer but as a friend

Hotel was good & it's a great location. Close to downtown Nashville & Opry Mills mall. Housekeeping was kind of weird. I Asked for extra towels since there was four ppl in our room. He told us that he needed all other towels back to give us a new set. He didn't really know English very well. The front desk staff was great though. Overall I would stay there again.

the hotel was so close to the freeway and to the airport. I had no trouble finding my way around Nashville. The hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast was good.

The hotel location was excellent for being near the airport. The hotel front desk staff was very helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions to getting downtown. The mattress cover did not fit properly on the bed and during the night it and sheets came off bed. Which was not a good thing because there I found various coins and plastic things that were probably on the mattress and covered by the mattress pad. That was a little scary. And although I am a smoker and it was nice to have a smoking area provided outside for their guests the location might should have been a little different as it was located directly under the 2nd/3rd floors so people gathering there during the night holding loud conversations could be heard all the way to the 3rd floor where we were. Air conditioning unit worked well cooling, but was a bit noisy
