We booked late afternoon and arrived late evening so we were happy to find a room, but didn't have a great experience. We were given a room with two double beds but booked a room with one king. The front desk was great when we first checked in, but seemed inconvenienced to have to give us another room. They were also trying to help two other groups so I understand they could have just been busy. We got to our new room and got ready for bed, but the sheets were dirty. The phone wasn't working so we couldn't call the front desk, but instead had to go back down. They really didn't seem to like us at this point, but sent someone to bring us new sheets that ended up being for a queen bed so we just used a flat sheet for the night. There was also poor ventilation (nothing in the bathroom for showering) so the room was humid and there was condensation on the windows all weekend. Checkout was easy, but overall not impressed. Definitely wouldn't go back or recommend to others unfortunately since I've had better experiences at other Alofts. Amenities were lacking and general condition of the room and building were less than impressive. I also currently have a pending charge greater than the receipt I was emailed so I'm hoping that is adjusted before I have to reach out to try and resolve it.
