Adequate- just. No ice machine slyly are expected to use the trays in the freezer but when you arrive and they are empty you need to leave the property to buy ice. Need to request snd go to the desk for all the items normally in an extended stay kitchen. No dish detergent no dishwasher - nothing. Advertised breakfast to go but there were a couple of muffins by the coffee when our friends went down, nothing but a couple of granola bars later. Even needed to request a cup for coffee. Will not be returning.
Perfect place to stay for business or travel with family. Very clean and nice staff.
I had reserved in advance a double bed room for an overnight stay for my family of 4. When i got to the reception i was told there is only one bed room available. How can they mess up when a reservation was made so much in advance. The reception guy was friendly and offered us a lot of blankets and pillows so that half of us could sleep on the carpet. When we entered the room, it smelled like dead rat. This was during one of the peak weekends, and there were no vacancies in hotels in 50 mile radius. Had no option, but stay. The friendly reception guy offered an air freshener, but that was it.
Property was clean, but the "free Wifi" hardly worked at all, you had to purchase the Wifi in order t stay connected. Also the Include breakfast was nothing more than a few packs of crackers
The Ac didint work it was hot and when I called from desk to complain they claimed hotel was sold out and couldn’t switch rooms. No compensation for the inconvenience will never go back again. Sheets were dirty, shower curtain had mold and the room reeked what a disappointed
Good price for that area. Check-in made us feel like we might do something wrong (photo id’s, sign that you swear not to smoke, car info...) Room was very clean but tired. Bed linens cheap and thin. Bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet.
Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. The TV didn't work though which wasn't too big of deal since we were only there 1 night. They did offer to change our room but at 930p we declined. Would definitely give it a second try though.
First trip after my husband's passing. Hotel was very nice,clean, and I loved having a kitchen, the staff was great ! Deffinately would stay here again. I was great to have a room that was truly adapted to someone like me who has a walking,disability. The counters were at the right hight that I could cook sitting down and I could reach everything. The full-size fridge was clean and appreciated. Bathroom was clean and almost as big as,my kitchen at home.
cold lobby, not very welcoming. Nothing to "buy" on site to cook in your room. Only a vending machine. No supplies in the room. you need to request coffee pot, a mug, a spoon, everything. will only stay again if i had to, the room was clean, but not very welcoming.
Calm and restful in the manner of not being disturbing, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing
I had prepaid for my room online, and upon arrival was greeted by a not very friendly man at reception. He was in the middle of "close out" and myself and two other customers were forced to wait nearly an hour for him to finish up and then check us in. The room itself was ok, for over $100 a night one would think there would be a few more personal items, like shampoo etc, in the room.
If you need to be away from home for a while this hotel gives the amenities you need. The kitchenette was clean and very functional. Bathroom was sizeable and worked for a family of three. We had no issues during our stay and would stay again.
this was a fine hotel for my needs, & they have free wifi!
Arrived late at night and when I entered my room I was greeted by a huge puddle on the floor in my room. No one able to address this at that time and was told to throw towels down and that maintenance would take care of it the next morning. I checked out two days later and the towels were still on my floor. Greeted by brown water coming out of the shower and faucets when turned on for the first time. Just very disappointing.
The room was dirty. I had asked for non smoking. I got smoking. That's okay. But, this room REEKED of smoking. And, it was filthy. To make things worse, the staff was snarly and unpleasant.
