Situated in a residential area on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, the Villas sur la Colline are right on the edge of the Massif de la Clape (a listed natural site) and offer a breathtaking view of the vegetation of our region. This charming residence of semi-detached villas offers a haven of peace for a relaxing holiday. Each villa has private parking and access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL during the summer (mid-June/mid-September).
The beach and town centre are a 10-minute walk away. Tucked away on your own hill, you're close to everything, yet in a peaceful setting. The Villas sur la Colline are ideally located for direct access to the hiking trails of the Massif de la Clape.

Schöne Zeit in schönem Haus

Da am Ende der Straße gelegen ruhig, zumindest in der Vorsaison. Das Haus ist 2022 modernisiert worden und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Willkommensgrüß und generell der Kontakt zu Fütterer Immobilien war sehr gut, nett und professionell.
